4.It smells terrible . 闻起来好臭。
smell 是系动词,意为“闻起来”和sound (听起来)用法相同,他们都是表示感觉的系动词,常跟在形容词后作表语。这类词还有:feel (摸起来),taste (尝起来), seem (看起来),look(看起来)等。如:Your hands feel cold .你的手摸起来很凉。These dishes taste delicious . 这些菜尝起来味道不错。The flowers smell sweet .这些花闻起来很香。
