There be...句型，表示“某地或某时有某物或某人”，
其结构为There be（is,are,was,were） +某物/某人 +某地/某时.
There is a dining hall now.
There are some buildings.
There was a playground before.
There were some trees before.
There was only one small

there be 一般现在时的肯定句是：
there is +单数或不可数名词
there are+可数名词复数
there be 一般过去时的肯定句是：
there was +单数或不可数名词
there were +可数名词复数
There was not a library before.
There were not any computers before.
3、there is/ are和there was/were的否定句的用法
There is not an old building
in the school now.
There are not many people
in the school on vacation.
There be句型否定句式的构成和含有be动词的其它句型
一样，在be动词后加上“not”.

一般疑问句：There be结构的一般疑问句变化只需要把be
动词移到句首， 再在句尾加上问号即可。
肯定回答：Yes,there is/ are/was/were.
否定回答：No, there isn't/aren't/ wasn't/weren't.
Yes, there is.

温馨提示：there 是个近视眼

There be句型如果有两个或两个以上的名词做主语，be动词要
和最靠近它的那个主语保持一致，也就是我们常说的“就近原则”。
