God helps those who help themselves.
If you have some problems in your life, firstly, you should find out your problems, then open your heart to share your problems with your friends. Don’t be shy, let your friends hear your voice. Remember, while your friends are helping you solve your problems, you should listen carefully. Finally, if you’re an equal person, I believe many people will come to help you. Hope you have a happy life.
How to help yourself
Homework: Peter needs help

Peter
Dear Lisa,
I am a Grade 9 student. I have some problems with my study. I don’t know how to deal with them, and I would like your advice.
I don’t like to chat with others after class and I have no close friends to talk to, so I feel lonely from time to time. I have so much homework to do every day that I really want to refuse to do anything. However, my parents are always strict with me. So I have no choice but to complete all the exercises. Because I don’t get enough sleep. Sometimes I feel sleepy in class. I like playing volleyball very much, but my parents don’t allow me to play outside after 6 p.m. I feel bad about it. I often doubt whether it is worth working so hard. I am looking forward to a holiday without homework so that I can have a good rest and have enough time for my hobbies. What should I do I don’t know how to achieve a balance between my schoolwork and my hobbies. Can you offer me some suggestions I believe they will be of great value to me. Thanks a lot.
Best wishes
Peter
