4. 学生能唱歌曲:If you are happy and you know it.

使学生有兴趣说英语,唱歌曲。敢于开口,并乐于参与到英语课堂中来。

通过一些习语的引入,促进学生对西方文化的了解。
教学重点:身体部位的词汇body, head, hand, arm, leg, foot.

(同理,教授词汇:arm, leg, foot. 在讲解foot的时候适时引出脚的复数:feet。在讲授单词的同时,做动作:shake your leg, stamp your foot.)
[设计意图]在教授单词的同时自然渗透语音教学。让学生身、脑、口并用,有助于加强单词的学习效果,同时也为第三部分的歌曲教学打下伏笔。一些英语习语的引入可以拓宽学生的知识面,培养学生跨文化交际的意识,促进对西方文化的了解。
