学习有了一定的了解和知识的基础，有了初步的语言交际能力。利用四年级学生
活泼、好动、易于接受和模仿，有效注意时间短的特点，通过情景教学、角色扮
演等方式延长学生的有效注意时间，尽可能多的让学生表现自己并及时给予评
价，使学生获得成就感，增强自信心，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到有效
教学。

教学过程

Greetings 3分钟 Greetings: T: Boys and girls. Nice to meet you! Do you like to sing a song, OK! let us sing a song ： “left left, right, right ”. when sing the song, the teacher can hold the card, let the students to see them . 配以动作和节奏的说唱，生动活泼，迅速激发学生的学习热情，此歌曲中有相关的指路的基本信息，巧妙的紧扣主题，为以下的授课打好了铺垫。

Revision
4分钟
After the song, the teacher can hold the card up, ask: What is this ? some volunteers can answer: left or right, turn around. Then teach them what’s the meaning? Guide the students to say: go straight, turn left, turn right, 通过歌曲，自然引出今天的课题。并加以动作演示，孩子们在欢快的课堂氛围中开始了今天的课程。

New concepts
15分钟 1.practise the new phases
game : the teacher hold up the card, the students do the actions. Several times ,ask one volunteer to come and hold up the card, the others say.
2．You are so great. Today, I am very sad. Beacause just now my pen was lost. who has my pen?(做上一个环节的时候，老师事先把钢笔放在一个学生那里) the volunteer say: here. Oh, how do I get the pen? Guide the student to say: go straight, turn left, turn right.
3. play a game to practise the phrases:
Ask one student to hide something. another student find it. The students help him/her.
4.show a picture and ask: I am lost. I want to go to the zoo? excuse me, can you help me? I will ……….then show the” street”, and teach them. Then show the dialogue
A; excuse me, can you help me？
B：I am lost. Where ‘s the zoo?
A; go straight and turn left. there’s the zoo?
B：thanks.
A; you are welcome.
5. show a picture, Ask students to make a dialogue using these sentences. They may change the places to the others.( school, zoo, restaurant, library, park….)

利用多媒体及各种游戏和竞争等等的教学手段，让孩子们在寓教于乐，在游戏中学到了知识。
创设符合学生生活实际的情景，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，采用直观教学手段，让学生积极参与课堂教学活动，充分确立学生的主体地位，就能充分发挥英语情景课堂教学的作用，从而取得良好的教学效果。
让孩子们自主合作学习，自己创设情境，让每一个孩子都有事可干，发挥每个孩子的内在潜能，给他们得以自我提升和自我展示的机会。

Show the short play on the platform.
变换不同地点去练习小短剧，提高孩子们说练得积极性。
Summary 10分钟
1. Listen to the tape firstly and then read after the tape.
2. Answer some questions about the dialogue:
a. what’s the matter with Danny?
b: where is the zoo?
C:how many people in the story?
2.Finish the exercises on the exercise books.
让孩子们听录音有助于培养孩子良好的语音语调。
回答几个问题，检测孩子们是否理解课文的意思。
