教学目标:
(一)知识目标:
能够听、说、读、写四会单词:dad, mum ,plant, flower, drink, tea.
能在情境中应用表达兴趣爱好类的常用短语go fishing, plant flowers, cook meals等。
能够运用句型What’s your …’s hobby? His/her hobby is… 进行真实的语言交际。
(二)能力目标:
通过真实的情景交际和任务活动学习方式,学生们能够运用所学句型:What is your …’s hobby? 询问、讨论对方及他人的兴趣爱好,与他人交流,表达描述自己或他人兴趣爱好,达到完全掌握所学语言知识和技能。
(三)情感目标:
通过本节课的学习以及学生之间的相互交流,培养他们拥有广泛的兴趣爱好。
学情分析:
六年级的学生已经有了一定的语言基础,对于今天学习的hobby话题,学生们比较感兴趣。在课堂教学中,教师结合他们已有的英语语言基础,巧设情境,引导他们积极参与课堂语言实践活动,来拓展英语语言知识,发展综合语言运用能力。本课通过多媒体进行教学,为学生提供了比课本更生动更真实更丰富的资源,更容易引起学生的兴趣,在创设的真实的情境中进行语言交际,培养学生英语学科核心素养。
教学重难点:
能够通过多种学习方式,灵活运用句型:What’s your …’s hobby ? 询问、讨论对方及他人的兴趣爱好,表达描述自己或他人兴趣爱好,灵活运用所学语言知识进行语言交际。
教学难点:如何用英语谈论家人兴趣爱好进行信息沟的真实交流。
教学活动:
Step1:Warming up融情导学,情景激趣
1. Greeting and discussion(引入话题)
师生自由交流:The children are going camping. What are they talking about? Let the children guess. They are talking about “hobby”(板书)。
2. Look and read (调动旧知)
教师呈现出自己的爱好:My hobby is collecting Doraemon’s pictures.
Let the students look at the pictures and talk about “What's Doraemon doing? ”例如:He is boating. 引出句型:He likes boating and boating is his hobby. 感知语言,为新课学习打下铺垫。
3. Brain storm game(头脑风暴,激发热情)
Show some phrases and read like this: sing a song, singing a song…
Play a brain storm game. The question is :What’s your hobby?
They can use: My hobby is… I enjoy… I like … I am interested in…
教师提出问题检测学生的注意力:Do you remember their hobbies?
What’s …’s hobby? His/Her hobby is…
(设计意图:师生互动,展开思维,自由交流。谈到爱好,切入主题。运用多媒体出示词条,调动了学生的旧知。一分钟倒计时器,让学生们在争分夺秒中谈论爱好,头脑风暴法让孩子们大胆开口进行语言输出。)
Step2: Presentation 处境入境,感知引领
Show a picture of Doraemon. Let the students look and listen.
教师提出问题让学生们边听边思考:What’s Doraemon’s hobby?
Learn phrase: go fishing.
再次听音,回答 Daxiong is Doraemon’s friend. What’s his hobby?
Show a picture of Daxiong’s family photo.
Listen and answer: What抯 Daxiong抯 dad抯 hobby?
Learn new phrase; plant flowers.
What抯 Daxiong抯 mum抯 hobby? Read and fill in the blanks and learn the phrase: cook meals.
Her mum抯 hobby is cooking meals.
揷ook攖he letters 搊o pronounce /u/ let the students watch the vedio. Answe these questions:
T:What抯 his name? Ss:His name is cook
T:What does he do? Ss:He shows me a good book.
T:What is the book about? Ss:The book is about a good book.
T:What is his hobby? Ss: His hobby is collecting books.
Let the students find words pronounce /u/ cook, good, book, book…
Let the students have a chant.
(设计意图:以哆啦A梦为课堂的主人公,通过听音频,了解哆啦A梦,他的朋友大雄的爱好。通过阅读文本,了解大雄家人的兴趣爱好。在听和阅读中学习新知,孩子们轻松易学。在学习新词时引入字母组合发音,通过视频有视觉的冲击,在朗朗上口的韵律中习得发音。)
Step3:任务活动,体验互动
1.Pair work (两两合作,灵活运用)
屏幕上出现9张颜色方框。随便点击一张会出现班里同学的照片。再次点击此同学照片便是他家庭成员的个人信息。选择两个同学来进行自由交流。
语言支持:Who's he/she?
What’s he/she doing?
Is that his hobby?
What’s his/ her hobby?…
2.Make a survey (小组调查,展示成果)
出示任务:Doraemon wants to be our friends. He wants to know your hobby and your family’s hobbies? So he will make an interview.
完成任务:If you are Doraemon, make an interview.Practise in pairs and then make a report.
3.Read an email.( 接收邮件,介绍家庭爱好)
Doraemon got an email. Let the students read it together.
教师提出问题T:Who is Doraemon’s friend.
Ss:Du Dexuan(班里的一名男同学)
Let Du Dexuan read his email and he will ask some questions.
Do you want to show your family hobbies. Let’s write“My family’s hobbies ”at home.(教师提出问题,课后延伸 )
4.Hobbies are important to people. Hobbies make our life colorful.(感情升华,热爱生活)
(设计意图:点击屏幕后会出现同学的照片,及其家人的照片。激发学生的兴趣点,运用所学句型学以致用。让学生去扮演哆啦A梦,运用所学句型,调查其他学生的兴趣爱好,进行真实的语言交流。)
板书设计:
