一、教学目标分析
1. 知识与技能目标
(1)学生能听懂和理解这个简单的故事
(2)学生能就故事进行提问和回答
(3)学生能分角色在思维导图的帮助下用自己的语言复述、表演故事
2. 学习策略目标
(1) 通过师生间的交流,培养学生在实际生活中运用语言的能力
(2) 通过预测、略读、寻读的方式,培养学生良好的阅读习惯。
(3) 通过小组内的活动,引导学生积极与他人合作,共同完成学习任务。
3. 情感态度目标
(1) 通过师生谈话交流、模仿故事角色朗读等环节培养学生自信,激发学生的学习兴趣。
(2)通过“家庭”“国家”这些话题的学习,使学生热爱自己的家人,热爱我们的国家,珍惜自己拥有的幸福生活。
二、教学重难点
教学重点:通过师生交流、生生交流、游戏、仿读等方式让学生在自然的语境中获取本课故事中的信息,教给学生使用不同的阅读策略理解课文,复述故事。
教学难点:在实际生活中,能灵活运用所学知识介绍与国家相关的知识。

四、教学过程
Step I Class Opening
Warming-up
T:Hello,how are you?Let’s say a chant together.
生说11课歌谣
T: In this chant ,there are so many countries..This unit we have learned so many things about countries.
Let’s play a game to review these things. Four students a group. You should say a kind of words in fifteen seconds one by one. One student one sentence. You can’t repeat the same words.Let’s begin.
学生四人一组,组内根据老师出示的主题说一句话,不得重复。
country:This is ________.
Capital city:_____is the capital city of _______.
Language: They speak ______.
Famous places: I know__________..
T:(出示世界地图,5个句子结构) This time,who can say something about these countries.
S: (生选择一个国家,用上述句子描述这个国家)
Step 2 New concepts
1.Who are they in the photos?
T:These are some photos of Maddy’s family.(ppt出示Maddy一家相册)
Do you know Maddy? Which one is Maddy?
S:指其中一个。
T:Yes.She has a big family.Her family lives in many different countries. Today we’ll read a story about Maddy’s family photos.(板书课题)
T:Before we read the story.What do you want to know? Do you have some questions about the story or the photos?
S:生随机提问
T: I think they are good questions.
T: let’s think about this question(ppt出示问题)
Who are they in the photos?Let’s listen to the tape and find the answer.
S:生听课文,找出照片中的都是谁
This is Maddy,cousin,grandfather,aunt,and uncle.(生回答,师将带有头像的单词卡片贴在黑板相应位置)
2.Where do they live?What do they speak?
T:(ppt出示Maddy的单独照片)Who is she?
S: Maddy.
T:Where does she live?
S:She lives in Canada.
T:What does she speak?
S:She speaks English.
T:Why? How do you know that?
S:That’s Canada’s flag.
T:OK,are you right?This time,you read the story silently.Check your answer.Two questions “Where do they live?What do they speak?”Try to find the answers.You can underline the sentences.
S:生默读课文,并在文章中找到答案并画线。

师根据学生答案板书到相应位置,补全思维导图。
3.What do they like to do?

生快速读文,在习题纸上连线。

找5名学生到前面将短语卡片贴在相应位置,完成导图。

Step4 Activities
T:This time it’s your turn.Introduce Maddy’s family members with your friends.(学生利用思维导图分小组介绍家庭成员)
找几组学生展示,复述故事。
Step5 Class closing.
T:there are many English countries around the world.If you want to understand the world,you should learn English well.
反思:
需改进的地方:
1.听音模访环节:听音模仿不够充分,流于形式。没有真正达到通过听音模仿,完善学生发音的目的。选择的三句话也太分散,让学生摸不着头脑,教师没有细致讲解发音的特点,没有叫单个学生起来试读。这些在今后的听音模访环节都要完善。
2.阅读过程中教师课堂语言过多、过碎,打乱学生阅读思绪。不应该在学生读课文时再强调阅读技巧。
3.开课游戏环节:这部分是问题最大的部分,教师在游戏前活动指令传达不明确,示范不准确。导致学生没有明白游戏的规则,整个游戏没有顺利进行,环节无效。
4.大写字母U的书写要用手写体。
再设计:
1.听音模仿材料挑选aunt一段中关于国家、语言、名胜的三句话,让学生反复操练,可以标上升降调,帮助学生模仿语音语调。
2.阅读过程中提到的阅读技巧应该放在阅读前以ppt的形式明确告知同学们。比如找句子中关键词达到快速浏览提取有用信息的目的。
3.游戏环节再设计,明确表达游戏规则,根据主题组内每人说一句话,不许重复其他人的句子。开始示范时要找完全正确的一组进行示范。保证学生听懂才能参与进来。
