1.Greetings
T:Hello, boys and girls.Today I’m very excited.Because I’ve got many new friends.I’m from Shandong. My family name is Zhou,so you can call me Ms Zhou,OK? Ss:OK .

2. 我们一起去北京旅行吧!
T:Boys and girls, last lesson we learnt “Beijing is great!”Do you like Beijing? Do you want to Beijing?
Ss:Yes.
T: Now let’s go on a trip to Beijing? Beijing has got lots of famous places. (幻灯片)At first let’s go to Tian’anmen Square. Tian’anmen Square is very famous. Now let’s go to the Palace Museum. It’s very old and beautiful. Boys and girls, Where do you want to go now?
Ss:I want to the Summer Palace, the Great Wall?.
T:This is the Summer Palace . It’s very beautiful. The Great Wall is very old and very long. Beijing has shops,restaurants and hotels.We can go shopping, eat in restaurants and go to a hotel in Beijing.
(设计意图:利用图画和学生一起去北京旅行的活动,让学生有身临其境的感觉,并且复习了课文中出现的单词、短语,激发学生求知欲,调动学生的积极性,并为 May I? ?句式的教学做好铺垫。)
T:Beijing is so great. My friend, Li Ming wants to go on a trip to Beijing ,too. But he wants to get his mother's permission. How does he talk to his mother?

1. T:At First ,let’s listen to the tape and talk about the questions in groups ,then answer the questions:

2.Group work:
1)Listen again and repeat,then talk about this question in groups.

2.教师再次对疑难问题知识进行点拨:
1) You’re too young to go, Li Ming.
李明,你太小了不能去。
too?to? “太??以致于不能??”
例如:他太忙了不能来。
He is too busy to come.
他太小了不能上学。
He is too young to go to school.
2)Beijing is far from our city. 北京离我们城市很远。
far from 意思是“远离”。
例如:My home is far from our school.
3)You work hard in school .你在学校很努力。
也可以说成:You work hard at school .
work hard 意为“努力学习努力工作”。Hard是副词,意为“努力地”,而hard work 则意为“艰难的工作”在这里hard是形容词,意为“困难的”。
