学情分析
我校学生对于英语的学习只有在课上进行。在课堂之外接触英语或者得到辅导的机会很少,得不到复习和巩固,久而久之造成基础薄弱。但是他们对新事物有着强烈的好奇心,因此教师应采用新颖活泼有趣的教学形式进行教学,保持并提高学生学习英语的兴趣,抓住基础知识及其应用。
学生在四年级学过了服装类的词汇,学过了this,that, these。Those是新单词,学生有能力通过拼读规则记忆。但是他们不能区分并在情境中运用this,that, these, those四个词。本课的句子主要是I need… 和 I like…; I don’t like…, 这几个句子对学生而言,理解和说都不是难题,于是将this,that,these,those放到句子中运用是他们这节课要掌握和练习的重点。 本课出现的need虽然在第18课出现过,但是学生的印象不深刻。另外,ticket, camera, done是新单词,学生可以在图片的帮助下理解单词的意思,能够根据拼读规则读出单词。
教材分析
本课是冀教版小学英语(三年级起始版)五年级上册,第4单元,第23课。在本单元,Jenny 和Danny来到的中国,要在他们的朋友李明家里过春节,然后他们要一起去北京。第23课的主要内容是孩子们为北京之行做准备,本课内容活泼,与生活息息相关,就知识容量和难度而言,适合五年级学生学习;就文本而言,学生能够在图片及老师的提示下理解。其中出现了生词ticket, camera, All done这些生词有图片对应,在语境当中比较容易理解。而难点是在四个词:this, that, these, those的意义区分,能在具体的语境当中理解并运用这四个词。
教学目标
知识与技能目标: 1. 学生能听懂,会说,认读并书写下列词汇:this, that, these, those, 并能在具体语境中用 I like this/these…; I don’t like that/those…这些语句来表达自己的喜好。
学生能够听懂,会说,认读下列词汇:need, camera, tickets, done。
2. 学生能够根据自己的生活实际简单表达出行所需要带的物品,以及表达自己的喜好。
情感态度目标: 学生能够在听,阅读,朗读歌谣等活动中,提升学习英语的兴趣,乐于感知和读英语,正确表达自己的喜好;通过小组活动能与同学积极合作。
学习策略目标:学生能够借助图,语境来猜测词义;能运用速读,寻读等策略来理解课文;能够借助图片以及老师的提示来感知和区分重点单词。
教学重难点
重点:学生能听懂,会说,认读并书写下列词汇:this, that, these, those, 并能在具体语境
