本课是冀教三年级起始版六年级上册第一单元第5课In the Living Room。该课主要以文本的形式,对李明及Jenny一家在客厅里的行为活动。对现在进行时和人称代词的宾格形式进行学习。
二、 Learning situation analysis:
学生在五年级时已经对现在进行时有了系统的学习,所以本课是对这一知识点的复习和巩固。二人称代词,以前虽然接触过,但是仍然是教学的一个难点。
三、 Teaching aims
1.知识目标:学生能够正确听说读写单词:card,chair,me,him,them等;掌握动词短语watch TV, read newspapers, play cards, write a letter, sit in a chair, sit at a small table等;能够理解现在进行时、了解其构成并熟练运用。
2.能力目标:学生能根据所学知识谈论自己客厅的物品及家人。
3.情感态度目标:在小组活动中,增强学生的团队合作意识。通过学习客厅物品及对家人的描述,教育学生珍惜亲情,热爱家庭,尊重父母。

1.掌握动词短语watch TV, read newspapers, play cards, write a letter, sit in a chair, sit at a small table等
2.现在进行时的理解、掌握和运用。
五、Teaching method
TPR教学,让学生们动起来,活跃气氛,并达到利用多种感官学英语的目的;
直观法教学,利用有趣多变的多媒体课件让学生产生视觉冲击,印象深刻;
任务型教学,采用Pair Work, Group Work等形式,让所有的学生都能参与到活动中来,提高表达能力。

Greeting and warming up
Hello, boys and girls. Time for English, are you happy?

(设计意图:利用图片吸引学生的注意力,创设有利的学习氛围。既复习学过的知识,又为接下来李明及Jenny一家在客厅里的活动做铺垫)

What am I doing in the living room? Today, let’s see what are they doing in the living room.
(出示老师自己的照片,让学生大胆描述。缩短老师和学生的距离。使课堂教学更轻松。)

课前下发题纸,出示课文文本相关的问题,判断T or F:

听录音,让同学们读问题并回答。

(设计意图:通过结对活动,利用课本图片的展示,训练学生对现在进行时态句式的运用;并且增强学生的团队合作意识。)
3. Follow to read.
回归课本,跟读录音,并模仿语音语调。找出重点语句进行分析。

Who is sitting beside Jenny? 学生通过对课文的理解,回答Danny is sitting beside Jenny. 师“ We can also say ‘Danny is sitting beside her’.” “Jenny is sitting beside Danny/him.”
Read and underline words like “her” and “him”.
(学生自己从课文中找出人称代词的宾格形式,有利于加深记忆,更深刻的理解人称代词宾格的用法)
5. Let’s chant:
Look at me. I am sitting beside you.
Look at you. You are playing with us.
Look at us. We are waiting for him.
Look at him. He is talking with her.
Look at her. She is looking at them.
Look at them. They are going for a walk.
(利用轻松愉快的chant,将人称的主格形式和宾格形式对应训练,在句子中加强记忆,加强词汇的运用性。)

2. Pair-work. Talk and write.(出示给同学们图片,小组讨论,描述图片中任务的行动。)

同学们选择不同的图片,进行描述并书写。将口头表达升华到文本,完成语言的输出过程。

教学反思
本节课上得生动有趣,学生在轻松的气氛中学到了重点单词与句式的运用表达,堂开始前学生的预习任务,帮助学生树立自主学习的意识。教学过程中,视频,小组活动等形式调动学生的积极性,并且通过学生的自主组合,一方面发挥学生主体地位,;利用多媒体图片很直观,也节省时间,提高教学的效率,能让学生在40分之内接触更多的语言,有更多的表达的练习机会。
