教学分析
1.教材分析:本课是冀教版六年级上册第二单元Lesson9 Mr. Wood Teaches a Science Lesson。主要讲各地的温度和天气,以及人的正常体温和鸡的健康体温。
2.学生分析:学生通过三年的英语学习,已积累了不少英语知识并掌握了有关天气和数字的单词及句型。
二、教学目标
1.知识与技能目标:
1)能正确听说认读temperature,degree,zero,ill,its。
2)学生能理解并运用句型:What’s the temperature? It’s___degrees。
2.情感目标:
1)培养学生认真观察、积极思考的能力,提高学习兴趣。
2)能够运用情境创设法、自主合作探究法询问和表达气温、水温、人与动物的体温。
三、教学重难点
1.重点:正确运用词汇 temperature,degree,zero,ill,its及句型What’s the temperature? It’s___degrees。
2.难点:正确测量气温,体温,水温并表达。

五、教学过程
Step1 Warming up(4min.)
1.Greeting and a chant
Spring,spring,warm and rainy.
Summer,summer,hot and sunny.
Autumn,autumn,cool and windy.
Winter winter,cold and snowy.
2.Brainstorm
Warm,cool,hot,cold,rainy,sunny,snowy,cloudy,windy,weather
Stuents speak the word loudly when they see the words.
(通过说歌谣及头脑风暴,学生复习了天气类词汇,并引出句型How’s the weather?)
Step2Presentation(25min.)
1.T:Look at the pictures. How’s the weather in Beijing /Canberra/ London/Shanghai?
Ss:It’s____.
(师生问答复习运用天气句型。)
T:Look at this picture.Who is she? Ss:Ms Dong.
T:Yes.It’s me. What’s my job? Ss:Teacher.
T:Look at this picture.Who is he? Ss:Mr.wood.
T:Mr.wood is also a teacher.What lesson does Mr wood teach?
S1:Mr.Wood teaches a sience lesson.
(展示教师自己与Mr.Wood相片引出课文题目。)
2.T:Let’s have a look.(Listen to the radio.)
T:I have a thermometer.Guess:What’s the temperature in the classroom? It’s higher than 10 degrees.
S1:I think it is 15 degrees.
S2:Is it 25 degrees? ...
(在黑板上笔书句型并领读,请学生读并猜测教室内温度。)
T:I have a glass of hot water. Guess:What’s the temperature now?
S1:100 degrees. T:No.Too high.
S2:Maybe it’s 70 degrees. ...
T: I have a glass of ice water. Guess:What’s the temperature now?
S1:0 degrees. T:No.Too low
S2:I think it’s 20degrees. ...
(将温度计分别插入热水与凉水中,请学生猜测温度。邀请一位学生到台前正确测量并提问,其他学生猜测温度)
3.T:I took my temperature this morning. And it is 36.5 degrees. You also took your temperature this morning. Can you ask and answer with your patner?
(学生小组内运用体温句型问答。请几组学生对体温句型展示,教师提问其他学生What’s his/her/LiMing’s...temperature?)
T:What’s the chicken’s temperature? Is the chicken ill?
(学生看幻灯片了解更多关于动物体温的小知识。)
Step3Listen and practice(6min.)
听录音完成课本Let’s do it 第一部分内容。
完成Let’s do it第二部分。扮演天气预报主持人到台前英文播报天气。
Step4 Homework
1.测量自己家室内外的温度,父母的体温。运用It’s__degrees记录。
2.收看天气预报,记录本地天气、温度。
