【教材分析】本单元以“Customs”为话题,谈论不同国家的文化习俗,渗透跨文化交际意识,使学生了解不同的礼仪。本课教学专注于阅读与写作输出教学,要求学生运用基本的阅读能力,掌握文章内容,学会一些关于餐桌礼仪的表达方式。Reading部分以餐桌礼仪为重点,目的是让学生了解西方国家的餐桌礼仪,对比中国的餐桌礼仪,让学生了解文化差异,做到有礼有节。写作部分是结合课文内容给Lin
Yue的host
family回信,告诉他们一些中国的餐桌礼仪。该部分可以让学生充分练习本节课所学的重点句式,同时也可以锻炼学生的写作能力。
【学情分析】在本单元前几节课的学习基础上,学生已经基本掌握了一些西方国家的文化习俗和中法两国的餐桌礼仪,也学会了运用be
supposed

important

do这些句式和一些情态动词来提出建议。学生有一定的语言基础和文化背景,因此在理解文章内容方面问题不大。本部分通过读、写活动进一步巩固be
supposed
to等结构的学习,让学生了解和熟知不同国家人们的不同风俗习惯。
