Lesson 1 What’s the Missing Word?
(第一课时)
一、教学目标
知识目标:
能听、说、读、写本课重点单词:swimming、singing、sleeping、eating、reading和词组:watching TV、doing my homework、listening to music。
技能目标:
通过本课学习,能熟练应用询问别人正在做什么的问答形式“What are you doing?”“I’m doing……”
情感目标:
培养学生大胆的参与意识,激发学生积极思维、让学生熟练应答。
二、教学重难点
1、ing形式的动词和动词词组。
2、熟练应用表达法“What are you doing?”和“I’m doing……”

本课单词卡、表动作的图片、课件
四、教学过程
Step1:Greeting
师生用英语问候
学生唱歌: the Number Song
T:do you remember the number song? One little ,two little...教师提示学生齐唱。

Step2:Review
T: Good!look at the card. what's the number?(出示一张写有100的卡片,遮住00)
Ps: It's one.
T: That's right. Now what's this ? It's one ...?
Ps:Hundred.
T: Good .It's one hundred .How to say 200? Two...
Ps: Two hundred.
T: That's right.
用同样的方法复习300-1000的表达法。
Step3:New lesson
通过全身反应法学习动词和动词词组。
T:Now.let’s play a game “Follow me.”,please act as I do.“swim.swim.I am swimming.”(出示图片,边说边做动作,强调ing的发音,强调swim加ing的特殊变化形式。)
Ps:Swim. Swim.I’m swimming.
T:OK.Now,eat.eat.I’m eat-…(做出吃东西的动作并提示学生答出eating)
Ps:Eating.
用同样的方法教sleeping、singing、listening to music、watching TV、doing my homework。
T:Well done.Now.Here are some cards,please act according to the words on the cards and say:“I’m doing……”Fox example ,I’m swimming.(出示ppt)Clear?OK, who’ll try?
P1:(PPT出示图片)I’m eating.(做动作)
T:Very good.Anyone else?
P2:I’m watching TV.(做动作)
T:What are you doing?(重复该句型并提醒学生)。
P2:I’m watching TV.
T:Great.
教师用同样的方法问几个学生,让他们感知“What are you doing?”及其答语。
2、Play a game“What’s missing?”
3、Let’s play a guessing game.
PPT出示新单词图片,并遮住一部分,让同学们猜出单词,并回答问题。
4、分组练习句型。
教师把写有动作的卡片发给学生,要求同伴之间轮流看卡片做动作,互相问答。
T:Now,please look at the cards and act.Then,ask and answer with What are you doing?”“I am doing…”.
5、检查练习情况,将全班分成五小组,每小组拿一张表示动作的卡片,然后小组互问“What are you doing?”“I am doing…”.
6、完成书上Read,circle and write。
