教学目标：
1、学生能够掌握新单词turkey、pie、potato...的拼写及发音。
2、学生能掌握单数变复数的变化规则。
3、通过学习Tony和TingTing的邮件内容，了解感恩节和中秋节的时间及活动形式，发展学生的阅读能力。
4、通过学习感恩节的有关知识，熟悉电子邮件的基本格式，并进行中西方节日文化的比较，丰富相关的文化知识。
教学重难点：
1、感恩节的时间和活动，及其表述。
2、对P56的邮件的理解及背诵。
3、对于新单词ball、August、draw、fork...等的掌握。
4、重点句型：

教学过程：
Step1 Warming up
1、Greeting
2、Review some festival (Teachers’ Day.Halloween...)
3、Use pictures to review some words about this lesson(moon cakes、potato、pie、corn、turkey...)
Step2 Presentations
1、Listen and guess,what’s festival about this lesson?（引出lesson 2Thanksgiving Day）
