动名词做主语
英语中的非谓语动词包括:动名词,现在分词,过去分词和动词不定式。无论它们在句中作什么成分,都保持着自己本身的属性和特点。
动名词:具有名词功能,常在句中作主语、宾语、表语、定语等。
现在分词:表主动和正在进行,常在句中作定语,状语补语等。
过去分词:表被动和完成,常在句中作定语,状语,补语等。
动词不定式:表示将来和具体某一次的动作,常在句中作主语、宾语、表语、定语、状语、补语等。
1、动名词的特点
(1)动名词是从动词变化而来的,所以它保留了动词的某些特征,动名词不能单独作谓语,没有人称和数的变化,但可以有自己的宾语和状语,还有时态和语态的变化。
(2)动名词最大的特点是它相当于一个名词,因此,动名词可以在句中作主语、宾语、表语等。

强调句
(1)强调句的结构:It
is/was+被强调部分+that+其他部分。
(2)如果被强调部分指人,可用who代替that.该句型可强调主语、宾语、状语等,但不能强调谓语。

the
street
yesterday.
昨天我的爷爷在街上遛狗了。
→It
was
my

that/who

注意:
使用强调句型时需要注意以下三点:
①强调句型中的it不能用其他词代替。
②用
is还是用
was
要根据原句的时态而定:属于现在或将来时间范畴的所有时态用
is;
属于过去时间范畴的所有时态用
was。
③被强调部分指人时,可以用who代替
that,
其他情况一律用that。

I
stopped
to

my
little
girl
busy
playing
in
her
room.
In
one
hand
was
a
plastic
phone;
in
the
other
a
toy.
I
listened
as
she
was
speaking
to
her
make-believe
little
friend
and
I'll
never
forget
the
words
she
said,
even
though
they
were
imagined.
???
She
said,
"Susie's
in
the
comer
because
she's
not
been
very
good.
She
didn't
listen
to
a
word
I
said
or
do
the
things
she
should."
In
the
corner
I
saw
her
baby
doll
well-dressed.
It
was
obvious
that
she'd
been
put
there
to
sit
alone
and
think.
???
My
daughter
continued
her
"conversation",
as
I
sat
down
on
the
floor.
She
said,
"I'm
all
fed
up
and
I
just
don't
know
what
to
do
with
her
any
more.
She
cries
whenever
I
have
to
work
and
wants
to
play
games
too.
She
tries
to
help
me
with
the
dishes,
but
her
arms
just
cannot
reach.
And
she
doesn't
know
how
to

I

I

I
don't
have
the

???
And
that
day
I
thought
a
lot
about
making
some
changes
in
my
life,
after
listening
to
her
innocent
words
cut
me
like
a
knife.
I
hadn't

to
what
I

dear.
I'd
been

that
increased
throughout
the

But
now
my
attitude
has
changed
because
in
my

realise
that

through
my

up
with
them
any
more.

I'm
going
to
fill
the

A

it
did
in

And
so
many
families
have
no
choice
but
to
go
for
a

???
Whether
you're
thinking
of
Six

Sesame
Place,
Hersheypark
or
Dutch
Wonderland,
don't
do
it—you'll
be
sorry.
Amusement
parks—especially
water
parks—have
never
been
more
popular.
More
than
26
million
people
went
to
Six
Flags
last
year.
These
parks
bring
out
the
worst
in
kids
and
parents
alike.
What
starts
out
as
a
special
treat
ends
up
in
disappointment
and
tears.
???
As
soon
as
you
get
to
the
park,
you
pay
a
couple
of
hundred
dollars
for
a
family
of
four.
Already,
expectations
are
unrealistic
as
parents
start
to
do
the
math.
How
many
rides
will
I
get
for
the
money?
The
answer一at
least
in
August一is
four.
???
That's
because
of
the
lines.
Time
stops
as
you
stand
in
line
leading
to
even
the
least
exciting
ride.
Over
and
over
we
count
the
number
of
people
in
front
of
us,
wondering
how
many
more
rounds
there'll
be
before
our
turn.
Then
there
are
the
other
parents—
some
of
whom
seem
to
think
the
lines
are
part
of
the
game.
???
At
Dutch
Wonderland
last
weekend,
one
father
walked
up
to
my
kids
and
asked
if
they
were
in
line.
For
five
minutes,
he
had
his
daughter
stand
behind
them.
When
I
turned
my
head,
he
had
her
stand
ahead
of
them.
Then
he
did
it
to
the
kids
next
in
line,
too.
???
By
the
end
of
the
day,
you
see
mothers
and
fathers
buy
their
kids
ice
cream
again
and
again
to
ease
the
influences
of
the
heat,
disappointment
and
anger.
???
It's
like
they've

was
all
the
kids'
idea
in
the
first
place.

3.Why

Millions
of
people
pass
through

gates
of
the
Disney
parks
in

these
places
almost
universal
attractions?
What
makes
foreign
kings
and
queens
and
other
important
people
want
to
visit
these
Disney
parks?
Well,
one
reason
is
the
way
Disney
serves
their
"guests".
???
All
new
employees,
from
vice-presidents
to
part-time
workers,
begin
their
employment
by
attending
Disney

and
taking
"Traditions".
Here,
they
learn
about
the
company's
history,
how
it
is
managed
and
why
it
is
successful.
They
are
shown
how
each
department

All
employees
are

a
success.

for
their
specific
jobs.
No
detail

A
simple

When
one
ticket
taker
was
asked
why
it
took
so
much
training
for
such
a
simple,
ordinary
job,
he
replied,
"What

someone
wants
to
know

Today
it

wires

from
their
ears
wherever
they
go.
They
move
about
in
their
personal
bubbles,
sometimes
unaware
of
what's
happening
around
them.?①_______________
Outside

out.
So
are
you
one
of
them?
???
For
me,
walking
around
in
my
own
personal
bubble
is
perfect.?②_______________
What's
even
better,
wearing
earphones
seems
to
give
a
signal
to
people
which
says,
"I'm
not
available
for
chatting
at
the
moment."
???
Suppose
you're
at
work
and
about
to
make
an
incredible
breakthrough,
but
a
colleague
suddenly
turns
up.
At
this
precise
moment,
the
slightest
disturbance
would

your
concentration.?③_______________
Once
again,
those
wires
hanging
from
your
ears
would
be

to
give
that
"Go

signal.
④_______________
It's
probably
part
of
the
growing-up
stage
when
they
just
want
to
ignore
their
whole
family.
While
their
mothers
give
them
lectures
about
why
they
should
do
their
homework,
they
can

turn
up
the
volume(声音)

their
MP3
player,
smile,
and
say
"Yes,
Mum."
Problem
solved.

Pretty
soon,

pretty
coloured
wires

from
our
ears,

plugged

In
this
world,
we
will
all
be
permanently
plugged
in.?⑤_______________
And
they

In
the
end,
there
is
a
thin
line
between
using

a
tool
for
making
life
better
and
being
a
slave
to
it!
It's
so
strange—suddenly,
I
don't
feel
like
wearing
my
earphones
anymore.
A.?Our
instruments
are
changing
quickly.
B.?I

have
wires
hanging

C.?In

situation,

these
wires.
D.?I

the
environment.
E.?After
all,
I
am
