分层布置作业,使每个学生都有所收获,有所发展。 
Ⅵ.Teaching reflection: 
整节课给人耳目一新的感觉,无论从备课思想、课的设计都充分体现了新的理念,体现了英语学科的本质,注重培养学生的核心素养。本课以讨论加拿大和澳大利亚的天气为中心话题,从而引出不同季节的不同活动。因此在设计时主要以学生自主阅读、讨论、归纳、完成任务为主,并引导学生能够用英语正确地描述不同的季节,不同气候和活动,从而体验学习英语的乐趣。对学困生的关注不够,即使有的学生发音困难,都应该充分的相信和肯定他们,多给他们机会锻炼。
