【教材分析】
教学重点:熟练掌握四会单词:engineer, accountant, policeman, salesperson, cleaner, 并能在实际生活中运用。熟练运用句型“How does he go to work He goes to work ….”
教学难点:accountant的拼写记忆,能用简单话语描述职业。
【学情分析】
学生已基本掌握询问职业的句型,已四会6个表示职业的单词。
【教学目标】
一、能力目标:
能够运用句型询问某人的出行方式并回答,如:How does he go to work He goes to work by buy/on foot/by bike….
二、知识目标:
1. 能够听、说、读、写:engineer, accountant, policeman, salesperson, cleaner。
2. 能够听、说、认读句型:How does he go to work He goes to work ….”
3. 能够听、说、描述职业,如:“She sells things, she is a salesperson.”
4. 能了解掌握本课知识点:sell things, sick people, teach lesson, men, women, prefer, term。
三、情感目标:
培养学生热爱各种职业,服务社会,没有职业歧视的情感。
【教学准备】
CAI课件,词卡,描述职业的词条,警察帽。
【教学过程】
一、Warming up/Revision(热身/复习)
1、Listen to teacher and do the actions.
2. Free talk
What does your mother /father do What are you going to be
3. Revision
Describe a job, let Ss say it.
4、Let’s chant.
【设计意图】通过热身复习,不仅巩固了A 部分学过的表示职业的词,还巩固了询问职业的的句型,用生动活泼的听听做做、听听说说,有趣的歌谣等形式,将学生带入英语学习的氛围中。
二、Presentation/Practice(新课呈现/操练)
1. Show a picture of an engineer and ask: What does the man do He is an engineer. Spell it by it’s pronunciation. Pay attention to “an”.
Practice: ask and answer in pairs one by one with the cards.
【设计意图】通过课件直接呈现生词,并强调 “an”的用法。再教会学生根据读音记忆单词。使用卡片进行练习,做到词不离句。
2. Ask:Do you like math Do you like numbers If you like math, you are going to be an accountant. Teach: accountant. ou: /au/,Pay attention to “an”.
Practice:What does she do She is an accountant. (小组问答练习)
【设计意图】通过情景问答教授生词,并进一步强调音标,小组练习对话进一步巩固生词。
3、Show a police hat and wear it, ask the Ss: What do I do I am a policewoman. Teach: policeman policemen policewoman policewomen.
Practice: Let the Ss wear the hat and ask: What does he/she do He/She’s a policeman/policewoman.
Teach: Good to know( 书66页)
【设计意图】通过警察帽呈现新词,不仅激发兴趣,还能帮助学生记忆,进一步强调男女警察的拼写,还帮助学生明白单词的单复数形式。
4、Show a picture of a cleaner and ask: What is the woman doing What does she do Teach: cleaner clean+er
The cleaners work hard, they get up early and clean the street every day, so we should respect them.
【设计意图】通过图片呈现清洁工,并帮助学生根据构词法记忆单词,抓住时机教育学生不能有职业歧视。
5、Show a picture of salesperson and ask: What is she doing She is selling things. Teach: sell, So she is a salesperson sales+person
【设计意图】通过图片不仅教授了salesperson, 还给学生扩充了sell一词,并告诉学生sale与sell的区别。
6、Look and say: Look at the pictures , ask and answer with the sentences: What does he/she do How does he/she go to work
【设计意图】通过设计一个对话练习,让学生进一步熟悉生词,熟练掌握两个句型的用法。
7. Listen to the tape and repeat .
【设计意图】听录音模仿书每节课必不可少的环节,学生通过听音模仿能够学到地道的英语发音。
8. Let’s do:Listen to teacher and do the actions.
【设计意图】通过趣味活动进一步巩固新词。
三、Consolidation and extension(巩固与拓展)
1.Game:Let a student choose a paper and read the sentence on it, the others guess the job.
【设计意图】通过一个读句子猜职业的游戏,帮助学生使用英语描述职业。为下一个练习做好铺垫。
2、Let’s find out: Read , write and say.(书第61页)
3. Sum up(总结)
Look at the pictures and say it with own words.
【设计意图】让学生看图片说出图中人物在做什么,他的职业以及他上班的方式,让学生用图中的信息说出一段小语篇,为下两课学习对话和语篇打基础。
四、Emotional Theme(情感升华)
If you like drawing and math, you can be an engineer. If you like numbers, you can be an accountant, whatever you are gong to be, you should work hard for our country.
【设计意图】及时对学生进行情感教育,无论做什么职业,都要尽职尽责。
五、Homework(家庭作业)
1、Listen to the tape and read it.
2、Copy the new words.
3、Make a survey and write a short passage.
【设计意图】听录音、写单词进一步巩固所学新词,通过调查同学父母职业及上班采用的交通方式,进一步练习本课的基本句型,写成小语篇以提高能力。

【教材分析】
教学重点:掌握句型:Where does she work How does she go to work
教学难点:正确使用本课基本句型并运用于实际语境。
【学情分析】
学生已掌握了本单元的表示职业的单词,有一定的词汇量,已掌握询问职业和上班方式的基本句型,为进一步运用对话打下了基础。
【教学目标】
(一)能力目标
1. 能听懂会说本课对话,并能在适当情景中运用。
2. 能听懂Let’s try部分的录音,并做出相应的练习。
3. 能读懂Story time,并能大声朗读。
(二)知识目标
1. 听、说、读、写句型:Where does she work How does she go to work
2. 了解三个疑问词“what、where、how”的用法。
3. 能掌握company的意义和用法。
(三)情感目标
知道父母为了自己辛苦工作,不管他们从事何种职业,都要尊敬和关心他们。
【教学准备】
多媒体课件、教学卡片、单词和句型卡片、录音机。

一、Warming up/Revision(热身/复习)

1. Listen to the part of “Let’s try” and tick, ask: Where does the girl’s mother work Teach: company Let Ss say: car company 、shoe company ….
Practice with cards: Where does your mother work She works in ….
【设计意图】通过听录音在练习中引出生词company和新句型,并用卡片进行练习,让学生轻松容易的学会新知。
2. I work in a school, so I am a teacher. Write “school” on the Bb, let Ss say more places, and write them on the Bb.
Practice in pairs with the words on the Bb: What does …do Where does he/she work How does he/she go to work

【教材分析】
教学重点:操练巩固本单元的11个词汇和句型:What does … do Where does … work How does … go to work , 并培养学生快速阅读的能力。
教学难点:了解新语言点:help the bank use their money well、help tourists find their way, factory、design。
【学情分析】
学生已基本掌握第五单元表示职业的基本词汇和句型,本课需要学生综合运用知识。
【教学目标】
一、能力目标:
1、通过本课的滚动复习,进一步巩固本单元的十一个表示职业的词和基本句型。
2、能听、说、认读Let’s read 部分的短文,完成相应得活动。
3、培养学生良好的阅读习惯和语篇处理的能力。
二、知识目标:
了解本课中的一些新知识点:design、use their money well、work with、tourist、find their way、motor cycle
三、情感目标:
达到学生树立远大理想并为之奋斗的情感目标。
【教学准备】
录音机、CAI课件,教学卡片、词卡,每人一张听音填空练习纸和补充阅读文章。

Teach: Tips: If you like …, you can be a/an ….
【设计意图】通过课前的自由对话将学生带入英语课的氛围中,并根据学生的回答总结成提示语,将新词tip和课文中的提示句提前呈现,让学生在真实的语境中习得知识。

【设计意图】通过本单元的chant进一步巩固本单元的基本句型,并活跃课堂气氛。

Revision(复习)
Revise the words of the jobs: Listen and do, listen and say.
【设计意图】通过“听听做做,听听说说”活动,激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生全身心地投入到英语学习中,从而达到巩固本单元生词的目的。
