复习旧知,为之后的活动做好铺垫。同时以歌曲热身,能营造浓厚的英语学习氛围,使学生充满学习的兴趣。
通过猜单词,出示一组含有元音字母a的语音例词,为学生复习a的发音做好准备。
一复习家庭成员类单词的认读,二复习如何询问及回答家庭成员的身份,三与接下来讨论Sarah的家庭成员活动紧密衔接。
既可以询问家庭成员,也可以询问同学、老师之类的身份,在询问、回答的过程中,学生也就复习了有关如何询问和回答陌生人身份的句式。
通过图片讨论,先对一些单词有初步的涉及,可以帮助学生更顺利地找到藏在字母串中的单词,更顺利地完成任务。圈完之后读一读,熟悉各单词的读音,为之后的复习元音字母发音服务
能够帮助学生有效迁移知识。同时巧妙地将复习与练习的主要内容由家庭成员转移到描述动物或人的特征上去。
活动有效地复习了第三单元中出现的主要的形容词。在他们边做边说的过程中,既复习了单词的读音,又强化了单词的意思。
首先让学生进行谈论,这样他们就自然地使用描述动物特征的词汇和句式进行交流。之后针对韵句内容进行填空练习,保证他们理解了所听到的内容,并进一步熟悉、巩固了描述动物特征的内容。
通过观察教师口型来猜单词,有助于学生感受字母在单词的发音。
先请学生按自己的标准进行分类,他们有可能按词的意义或者词性来分类。再展示教师按元音字母发音分的类,请学生发现老师分类的标准,从而复习3个元音字母的发音。
以韵句来总结、复习语音,让学生在律动中牢牢掌握每个元音字母的发音。辅以手势,可以让学生通过肢体语言感受发音的要点,加深他们的记忆。
请学生找其他的语音例词,使学生应用自己掌握的语音规则。改编并展示自己的韵句,能够使他们更加主动、更加有兴趣地完成这一任务。在玩中唱中去使用、掌握元音字母发音规则。
