一、知识目标：学生能够听、说、读、写dining hall, gym, grass, ...years ago, last year和last month单词和短语。
二、能力目标：
1.学生能够归类学习过的各种时态中表示时间的短语，如at that time, in the old time(days)等一起学习。
2.学生能用句型“There was/were (no) ...years ago. Now there is/are ...”谈论或描述某地方的今昔。
3.学生能够运用新学的内容完成“Find the mistakes”任务。
三、情感目标：学生能够运用所学语言进行交际，感受到今昔对比，珍惜美好生活，树立学习英语的信心。
重点难点
重点：学生能够听、说、读、写上述单词及短语，听懂会说句子“There was/were (no) ...years ago. Now there is/are ...”
难点：单词及短语正确读音，There be 句型在不同时态中正确运用。

2.Free talk: How are you? Fine, thank you. Do you know what’s this?(出示school, library, computer room等图片)
1.出示学校在不同时期的照片，体现不断变化，引出时间不断推进。
2.板书表示时间的单词或短语并领读，重点教读twenty years ago,three months ago, last year, last month, now.总结前四个短语时间为then并板书。
3.展示图片草坪，体育馆及餐厅，课件上展示图片引导学生说出涉及上述词的短语 play football on the grass, play basketball in the gym, have lunch in the dining hall.
4.Show the dialogue in the book and some pictures on the powerpoint, let students make sentences: There was no ____ in my school two years ago./ There is a new ____ in my school now.播放Let's learn录音。
1.学生听音跟读朗读以上单词，短语及对话，学生开火车读单词
2.学生灵活运用所学单词及句子进行朗读对话并扮演Wu Yifan and Wu Yifan’s
Father及改编新对话。
Chant:
Grass grass.Play football on the grass.We played football on the grass two years ago.
Gym gym . Dinning hall，dining hall.Have lunch in the dining hall.We had lunch in the dining hall yesterday.
Play basketball in the gym.We played basketball in the gym last month.
闪图片让学生用单词或短语填空。
完成书中“Find the mistakes”部分，用句型There was no ______at that time造句。
2.英译汉
1）There was a grass in the nature park five years ago.
2）People couldn’t use the Internet.
3）Now there is a gym in our city.
4）At that time, people didn’t go there by bus.
