1. 教学内容 (教材内容见7A Unit2 My day Reading)
2. 教学目标
1) 能够掌握本课的词汇:because best first spend library practice swimmer Tuesday Friday chat 等。
2) 词组:big and clean lots of nice people my favourite lessons . every Tuesday a member of all my friends have a good time do morning exercises 等。
3) 句型: be nice/friendly to sb. sb. spends some time doing sth.
Sb. practises doing sth. 等。
4) 学会应用本课所学的词汇、词组和句型并且介绍自己或他人的校园生活及喜好。
3. 教学重点和难点
1) 重点:四会(听说读写)教学目标中的单词、词组和句型,并且进行运用,学以致用。
2) 难点:句型I spend about two hours a day doing my homework.

3)运用所学内容,小组活动介绍自己或他人的校园生活及爱好。
教学过程
Step 1 Revision
1.Show the English Sounds on the big screen. Ask students to read the English Sounds. Pay attention to the pronunciation.
设计说明:英语音标是学习英语的基础。在英语学习中占有重要地位。及时复习巩固,有利于学生今后的英语学习。
2.Ask some students some questions about their school life.
e.g. Last time we learned about“ A day at school” . But I forgot something about it. So I'll ask something about your school life I'm sure you can answer it.
Step 2 Presentation
1.Show the passage about Millie's school life on the screen and ask the students to read the passage after the tape. Pay attention to your pronunciation.Then fill in the blanks.
Millie is a student at ________. She l_______ her school very much. B________ she can do many things here. Her best friend is _______. They often sit under the trees in the playground at l_________. Step3: Fast reading
Please read this e-mail again . Write a T if the sentence true . Write a F if the sentence false .

Step 5; Explain the language points
On the screen, I give all the language points one by one. (And when practising, teams have competitions. The more chances they get to answer, the more flags I'll give them.)
1)There are lots of nice people in my class.
lots of (+可数名词/ 不可数名词)= a lot of
一般 a lot of 和lots of不用于否定句中
lots of flowers=_________flowers

Many people like playing volleyball. =_______ people like playing volleyball.
Then ask the students to give their examples.
2)We always chat with each other or play games.

Then ask the students questions.

Step6: Exercises

教后感:
本节课重点讲解Millie写给Tommy的一封电子邮件School life,应该注意电子邮件的格式。学生应该着重掌握四会内容(听说读写),即教学目标中所列出的词组和句型,大部分学生能基本掌握这些重点内容,并且能够用英语简要复述这篇课文,培养学生的英语口语表达能力和英语思维能力。但课后还应该继续复习巩固。以便使学生能自己动手写一篇电子邮件My school life , 培养学生的英语写作能力。但这节课的不足之处是:由于本节课的课文内容较多,容量较大,所以上课速度有一点快,复习巩固的时间有一点短,以后应该合理安排好时间,优化课堂结构,向课堂四十五分钟要效益。
