Hungry,

created
in

Guatemala,
Love

Hungry
also
offers
food
to
Nicaragua,

Johnson

the
hundreds
of
students
who
helped
and
said
she
felt
it
was
important

make
a
difference

the
hungry

we
all
helped

Johnson
said.

the
Hungry
plans
to
offer
100,000
to
150,000
meals
to
Guatemala
before
the
end
of
the
year,
Oelker

“It's
a
part

world

this

meal
can
really

with

waterspout
is

tornado,

forms
above
oceans,

waterspout
moves
in

circle

speeds.
When
it
moves
above
the
water,
it
tends
to
carry
the
fish
with
it,
as

as
frogs

Scientists

out

To
make
matters
stranger
still,
the
fish

Honduras

much
alive
when

rained
down
to

they

the
blind
fish

them

knew
that

fish

caves

light
sources

lost
their
eyesight.

blind
fish
rained
down
on
Honduras,
scientists
began
to
connect
some
dots.
Clearly,

particular
fish
were
pulled
from
an
underground
water
source
by
force.
It
has
rained
fish
on
every
continent,
and
each
time,
people
have
tried
in
various
ways
to
explain
this
strange
phenomenon.
Historically,
villagers
thought
the
"fishes
from
the
heavens"
might
be

to
prayers
for
food.
Others
suggested
that
floods
overran
river
banks
and
oceans,
leaving
the
fish
on
the
city
streets.
No
scientist
had
actually
seen
the
rain
as
it
occurred,
only
the
fish
left
on

1990,
a
National
Geographic
team
happened

be
in
Honduras
