易错点一：辨析be good at，be good for与be good with
【典例】Alan can't play soccer，but he is_good_at playing volleyball.
【精讲】be good at意为“擅长……”，其后接名词，代词或动词?ing形式，相当于do well in；be good for意为“对……有利/有好处”；be good with意为“与……相处得好”，相当于get on/along (well) with。
【注意】若是否定回答，情态动词can可以和not缩写成can't的形式。

易错点二：speak，say，tell与talk
【典例】I can speak a little English.
【精讲】speak强调“说话、演讲”，一般用作不及物动词，用作及物动词时，宾语只能是语言、真理等；say强调说的内容；tell的意思是“告诉”，后接直接宾语和间接宾语，常用于tell sb. sth.结构中；talk强调两者“交谈、谈论”，常用于talk with/to sb.或talk about sth.结构中。

易错点三：play的用法
【典例】He likes playing the guitar.
【精讲】play表示“演奏，弹奏”时，其后接表示乐器的名词，名词前须加定冠词the，如play the piano/violin/drums等；表示“踢，打”时，其后接表示球类运动或棋类运动的名词，名词前不加定冠词the。

易错点五：辨析too和also
【典例】I have two apples and I also have a banana.
【精讲】too多用于口语，通常用于肯定句中，也可以用于疑问句中，前面常用逗号隔开；also较正式，通常用于肯定句中，常放在系动词be/助动词/情态动词之后，实义动词之前，不用于句末。

情态动词can的用法
1．情态动词概述
情态动词是表示说话人的情绪、态度或语气的动词，其本身具有一定的词义，但是不能单独作句子的谓语，只能与行为动词原形一起构成句子的谓语。常见的情态动词有can，must，may，could，should，need等。
2．can的具体用法
①can意为“能；会”，表示能力。
eg：Linda can't play the piano，but she can play the violin.琳达不会弹钢琴，但是她会拉小提琴。
Can Lucy draw？露西会画画吗？
②表示许可，意为“可以”，常用于口语中，这时与may同义。
eg：Can/May I have a cup of tea，please？我可以喝一杯茶吗？
3．can的句式表现
①肯定句：主语＋can＋动词原形＋其他。
eg：Mary can dance well.玛丽跳舞很棒。
You can go to watch TV.你可以去看电视了。
②否定句：主语＋can't＋动词原形＋其他。
eg：He can't play the guitar.他不会弹吉他。
You can't pass the ball like this.你不能像这样传球。
③一般疑问句：Can＋主语＋动词原形＋其他？
肯定回答：Yes，主语＋can.
否定回答：No，主语＋can't.
eg：—Can you sing an English song for us？你可以为我们唱一支英文歌曲吗？
—Yes，I can./No，I can't.好的，我可以。/不，我不能。
【注意】肯定回答中用certainly，语气更肯定；否定回答中用sorry，语气则更委婉、客气。
eg：—Can you sing？你会唱歌吗？
—Certainly，I can./Sorry，I can't.我当然会。/很抱歉，我不会。
④特殊疑问句：特殊疑问词＋can＋主语＋动词原形＋其他？
eg：What can your sister do？你的姐姐会什么？
4．can的巧记口诀
表能用，要用can，陈述句里记特点；
肯定can后加动原，否定can后not连；
疑问句，can提前；
肯定回答“Yes，主语＋can”；
否定回答“No，主语＋can't”记心间。
