一. 概述:
it 常常可代替不定式,动名词短语或者从句,而将真正的宾语放在句子后面,以平衡句子结构。
二. 用法:it 作形式宾语,主要分为下列几种情况:
1. 动词+it+adj/n.+ (for/of sb)+ to do sth;
2. 动词+it+ no good/no use/ useless/ a waste of time ...+ doing sth;
3. 动词+ it + 介词(to/for sb)that-从句;(eg. take it for granted that-clause);
4. 动词 + it + when (if)-从句(常见的有 enjoy, hate, love, like, dislike, appreciate, prefer)。
