一、教材分析
单元及课文分析
本单元的日常用语主要围绕“家庭”话题编排。教材为学生提供日常生活中“询问年龄/职业”的场景,帮助学生理解并掌握描述家庭成员时常用的英语表达方式。在教学过程中应创设“介绍家庭”的情景,通过Free Talk等方式引导学生学习。
教学重点
1)掌握新单词及短语句型
member, son, daughter, drive, policeman, radio
the Smith family,
talk on the police radio

Step 1 Lead in(5 minutes)
Let students watch a video《Come and see my family》. Sing the song together. 2·1·c·n·j·y
Then use PPT to show Jenny’s family tree and guess who they are.育网www-2-

Step 2 Listen and talk(5 minutes)
Use PPT to show Jenny’s family members and talk about who they are.
Then teach new words:

Ask students to read the passage by themselves and answer the following questions.【出处:21教育名师】

2.What does Jenny抯 father do ? What about her mother?
3.What does Bob do ?
4.What are Jenny and Lynn?
In this part, students should finish by themselves firstly. After a few minutes, let them discuss answers with their partner. And try to find the language points.

Show their answers and try to explain the new language points.
1. We are the Smith family. 我们是史密斯一家人。
1) the Smith family意为“史密斯一家人”或“史密斯夫妇”,即“the+姓氏+family”当它作主语时,其谓语动词应用复数形式。
e.g: The Smith family are very friendly. 史密斯一家人很友善。
2) the加上姓氏的复数也可表示“某某一家” 或“某某夫妇”, 即“the +姓氏s”.the Smith family也可表达为the Smiths。e.g:the Brown family = the Browns布朗一家
the Green family = the Greens格林一家
2. What does sb. do? 询问某人职业或身份, 常用以下句型:211) What is/are sb.?
e.g: ─ What’s your father? 你爸爸是干什么的?
─ He is a doctor. 他是一名医生。
2) What do/does sb.do?
e.g: ─ What does she do? 她是干什么的?
─ She is a student. 她是一名学生
3. Her brother is talking on the police radio.

Step 5 Retell the text (8 minutes)
Show the mind map about Jenny’s family members,let Ss retell the text with the mind map.First,retell the text with Ss together,then ask them to retell it one by one.
(设计思路:练习是对学生所学新知识的巩固和旧知识的复习,有利于加强学生的记忆。所以让学生用掌握的语言知识先试着复述课文,掌握其反馈情况,为下文的介绍自己家庭做好进一步的语言准备。)
Step 6 Exercise (12 minutes )
1.Introduce family members and their jobs.
First,give a modle about teacher’s family,introduce the family members.Then give Ss some task tips and ask them to introduce their families.
(设计思路:知识的巩固很重要,通过口头练习掌握介绍家庭成员的方法,为写作练习打好基础。)
2.Exercise for writing
Ask Ss to write down their family informations,then show them on the electronic screen.?
(设计思路:写作练习是对已掌握语言的进一步输出,通过写作可以再现学生对知识掌握的最终结果,以此反馈作为课后练习指导的依据。)

教学反思:
本节新课,我的课题是《Jenny’s Family》。教学目标是通过听说活动的设置,重点帮助学生了解如何介绍家庭成员及职业,并懂得要爱家人。整节课遵循了由易到难,从输入到输出的原则,首先通过导入引出关于family这一话题,通过边讨论边学习新单词从而加深学生对单词的掌握程度。词汇的学习是为了帮助学生更好地理解和完成课文内容的输入过程。其次便是对于课文句式的不断练习,最终达到掌握课文的输出形式。21·世纪
针对课堂实际教学,亮点和不足同时存在,对本节课的简要分析如下:
亮点:(1)编排思路清晰,环节衔接紧密,教学目标清楚。教学过程安排合理,从易到难,便于学生的理解。整节课的基本思路为引入主题-整体感知-词汇学习-听力训练-渗透语法--语言输出等练习-主题的升华,即培养学生爱家人的情感态度;(2)教学语言得体,丰富,教姿教态自然,语速适中有一定的课堂掌控能力。教学重难点围绕着教学目标进行,整节课能灵活地处理和整合教材,有一定的容量,难度适合学生当前水平。(3)课堂的过渡严谨、自然,注重对学生语言运用的培养和指导,突出学生的主体地位、教师的指导作用。(4)整节课前后互有呼应,通过练习巩固所学知识。(5)合理利用思维导图展现教学内容,易于学生梳理复述课文,并给出思维导图写作框架指导学生写作。
不足:(1)上课时稍显紧张,难免出现口语错误。(2)由于课堂时间以及学生当前水平有限,对本节课所出现的现在进行时无法顾及,只能安排另一课时完成,所以显得本节课教学的另一重难点没有体现。
本节教学任务已经结束,但今后的教学道路还很长。感谢课题组的同事们积极参与听课,并提出宝贵改进意见和建议,让我学会了如何更好地去备一堂课,如何结合学生们的实际情况上课,从而更好地发挥学生们的潜能,更重要的是给我今后的教学工作又增添了一份动力和信心。
