教学目标 知识目标:
1. Words and phrases : museum,hall,famous,boring,war,learn,history,area,gift
2. Key sentences: Excuse me.We are looking for the War Hall.Can you help us?
Then turn right at the Help Desk.

Step 1. Class Opening
Show a poster of Night at the Museum first. Ask the following questions:
Do you know the movie? What抯 in the museum? Yes, many interesting things. Today let抯 go to the museum with Jenny and Danny.
Step 2. New concepts
1.Teacher will show the picture in this lesson. Ask students to talk about the places, such as :Where do you want to go first?Art hall or Gift shop? Guess where Danny and Jenny are going. Let’s find the answer in the text.
2.Learn the new words and phrases.
3. Match: I can be Memory King!
4. Listening practice.
5. Language points!
[巧记]mu 和 um 中间加 se 为 museum(博物馆)。
[复数]museums
[例句]We went to the Palace Museum yesterday.
我们昨天去了故宫博物院。
There is a science museum in our city.
在我们市里有一个科学博物馆。

1. Jenny , Where are we going first? 该句是由现在进行时表示即将发生的动作。想一想,在英语中还有哪些词可以用现在进行时表将来/
2. famous adj. 意为著名的。常用短语有be famous for 和 be famous as 举例说明它们的不同。
3. 通过boring 和bored 两个形容词,总结出-ing形式和-ed 形式的形容词的区别
