课题 Unit 5 What does she do 课时 A Let’s read
教学内容分析 本单元 What does she do 的主题都是“jobs”。 本单元的教学内容是使学生掌握一些职业的英语表达并就此展开相关讨论,能够简单介绍人物职业,会询问他人的工作情况并给出相应的回答。本课时是第三课时,教材内容是一篇对话,Amy 和Wu Yifan关于家庭成员职业的对话,重要的句型是“What does she/he do She/He is a/an …How does she/he go to work ” 本课时教材是在学习了职业单词后, 为提高学生的阅读和语言的综合运用能力而设计的。
教学目标 1.知识与技能:1.能够听、说、认读Let's read部分的对话,完成相应的活动。2. 能够运用句型What does she/he do Where does she/he work How does she/he go to work 等询问他人的工作情况,并给出相应回答。2.对文本的理解在正确朗读、回答问题、理解短文的基础上提高学生运用知识的能力,掌握一定的阅读技巧,培养学生的阅读能力和仿说、仿写能力。3.过程与方法:·通过歌谣热身,通过师生对话创设情景帮助学生理解文本信息。 ·通过看图猜测问题,并自读课文找出答案,培养他们的看图能力和自学能力。·通过模仿跟读课文录音,进一步理解课文,达到训练听说的能力。·通过改写课文,培养学生语言运用的能力。·通过真实的情境交际训练学生运用重点句型的能力,培养学生小组合作意识。4.情感态度和价值观:通过学习有关人物职业的英语知识,能够做到热爱生活,尊重他人劳动。能积极与他人合作,运用所学英语进行交流,共同完成学习任务。
教学重难 点 1.本课重点是巩固句型:What does…do He/She is a/an…2.本课难点是理解、认读句型“How exciting!”和“How does she go to Hong Kong She goes to Hong Kong by plane.,其中,第二个句型是为B部分内容的铺垫,建议课上适当操练。

Free talk.老师有第一步评价学生引出: Do you like the chant It’s a good chant! The chant makes us exiting.板书并教读exciting.PPT出示图片: Look at the girl. How exciting! She join the racing game and become the first. She is very exciting.(设计意图:通过Let’s chant,激发学生参与课堂学习积极性的同时,为新课中的难点:How exciting!的认读打好基础。通过展示图片形象的让学生理解exciting的意思。Exciting结合expensive 与writing来进行拼读。或者结合excise来认读。)1.初读课文。在读文本前,先观看大屏幕上的阅读提示:快速浏览全文,不需要弄懂每个单词或句子的意思。要根据问题,快速找到答案所在的位置。过渡句T:Look, Amy is at Wu Yifan’s home. They’re very exciting, too. What are they talking about Can you guess Who are they 出示2个问题:Please read and circle the answer.(预设:如果学生反应不过来,就换个问法进行提示Who is she And who is he ) (设计意图:通过How exciting!的教学情境,自然引入吴一凡和Amy也很兴奋,让学生猜测原因,自然调动学生的学习兴趣,他们在讨论什么人,讨论的如此兴奋。接着进入文本,第一遍整体呈现课文让学生找出问题的答案。) 2.再读文本。此环节让学生试着问问题,并让学生猜测答案,然后根据需要,老师板书重点问句,让学生带着问题详读文本找出答案。(预设:如果学生不明白,老师在黑板问题后点个问号,引导学生主动问问题。如果仍然有大部分学生不理解,老师可以示范一个问题,如:What does she do )然后根据列出的主要问题采用划关键词的方法,找出答案。问题如下1.What does she do 2.What does he do T:Oh, this is Wu Yifan’s aunt. And this is Wu Yifan’s uncle.What else do you want to know You can ask a question. Such as…Now let’s say who is right (PPT展示阅读方法与答案。)(设计意图:此环节主要是想培养学生主动学习并质疑的能力,通过猜测他们讨论了哪些方面,引导学生质疑,并针对与文本内容有关的2个较简单的问题,让学生在找到的关键信息处划线或做标记。培养学生抓主要信息的能力,同时也为学生运用语言做好铺垫。)3.(1)第三遍细读文本,完成书上相应的练习题。提示学生:在阅读时如需要寻找细节信息,应该放慢阅读速度。T:Well done. Next, let’s try to write down the answers on your books.(2)实物投影展示学生的答案,并关注学的三姿与书写情况。在展示答案的过程中,让学生互换答案并评价。在解决第一个问题后,由师生对话自然引入She is really beautiful.的教学。T: Is she beautiful S: Yes, she is beautiful. T: She is really beautiful. It means she is very beautiful.在解决第四个问题后,也有师生对话引出TV show的解释。T:Wu Yifan’s uncle is a writer. Does he write story books S: No, he doesn’t. He writes the TV show for my his aunt.(PPT- TV show- a show on TV.利用图片进行说明形象直观。)(设计意图:此环节主要是想培养学生的综合运用能力,锻炼了学生的读写能力。同时把文中学生不理解的内容分别在处理相应问题时,通过PPT以师生对话的形式自然引出并予以解决。)4.老师提出问题,学生第四遍详读文本,小组合作交流。由上一个步骤师生对话引出T: Wu Yifan’s uncle writes TV show for his aunt. How exciting! Do you agree I think, all of you did a good job. But Wu Yifan tells us more about his aunt. Can you say something about his aunt Her are two questions for you. If you can answer, you can say something more about Wu Yifan’s aunt.出示问题:1)Where does Wu Yifan’s aunt work 2)How does she go to Hong Kong (设计意图:让学生自主阅读短文,能积极与他人合作,运用所学英语进行交流,共同完成学习任务。)5. Read the whole passage. Listen to the video and repeat the text,try to imitated.PPT出示阅读提示:在朗读时,请注意单词的语音语调,以及句子的停顿和重读。(设计意图:通过跟读模仿,能够直接刺激学生的听觉,不但提高了学生的听力,而且激起他们用英语表达的欲望,并培养学生养成良好的朗读兴趣。)6. Read in role. 男、女分角色齐读。7. Act out the dialog. 随意两名学生分角色展示。1.Rewrite the plete the passage according to the dialogueThis is Wu Yifan’s aunt. She is beautiful. She is an on TV. How exciting!(设计意图:教师通过对课文内容的改编,目的能使学生更透彻的理解文本,同时也能检验出学生对文本的理解程度,以及那个地方还理解的不够透彻,便于老师查漏补缺。)2.小练笔。小组根据提示讨论后完成。T:Boys and girls, you know Wu Yifan’s family members very well. But I want to know something about your family. Can you tell me something about your family You can discuss in groups and then finish it and hand in.(预设:如果时间不够,课堂上就不进行展示,学生完成后课下上交,老师点评。下节课再进行反馈。)Hi, I’m .
