1.Make the students take out their family trees that they made at home. And introduce their family members:

2.Make the students take out a photo of their family and introduce the family members to their partners.
Step4 Presentation.
1.Present the new words:
T: Now, boys and girls,look,it’s a photo of my family.
T: Is it a photo of your family (Point to one student and ask him.) (Write down the phrase‘a photo of my/your family)
S1: No,it isn’t.
T: It’s a photo of your family,right
S2: No,it isn’t.
Ask them again and again and lead the Ss to read“a photo of your family ’’then encourage them to make dialogues with each each .
T:Look, this is a photo of my photo.
T:Who is he Please guess.
S1: He is your father.
T:No,he isn’t. He is my uncle.
Use the same way to teach aunt, uncle, cousin.
Now listen to the tape .Lead the Ss to read the new words several times.
2.Show the Ss my photo and introuduce my family members.Then ask the Ss to retell my photo.

Listen to the recording and read after it.(together)
