As the saying goes, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. So I pay special attention to sports, especially rope skipping that is my favorite game and I play almost every day.
Rope skipping is my ideal game on account of the following facts. To begin with, as well as bringing the whole body into action , it can also make our muscles stronger, expand our lungs and promote the circulation of blood, making us healthy and slim. Besides, rope skipping, which is also an indoor game and can be played even in rainy days, is not so rough as football. Last but not least, it is very amusing and does not cost us much money.
In conclusion, rope skipping is my favorite kind of exercise and I’ll make it my love in the future.
