Step 1 Warm?up & Revision
1.Greetings.
2.Free talk.
How many people are there in your family?
What do you usually do at weekends with your family?
3.Activity:Look and say.
教师利用课件呈现学生熟悉的家庭活动图片,师生看图,进行问答练习。
T:What is she doing?
Ss:She is doing her homework.
T:What are her families doing?
S1:Her mother is cooking.
S2:Her father is watching TV.
(该活动旨在引出新课话题,学生此前已学过一些表示家庭活动的动词短语,不难回答出教师的提问)
Step 2 Presentation & Practice
B Let's Learn
1.Listen to the tape of Part B and repeat.
2.利用课件、图片教学六个词组。
3.单词卡片出示B部分词组,学生抢答词组。
4.Free talk.
What do you usually do at weekends?
生生对话,和同学谈论自己在周末经常做的事情,可以参照B部分的词组。
5.“记忆大赛”:教师利用多媒体课件快速呈现课本B部分的图片,学生看图说出其对应的英文词组,看看谁能说得又快又准。
A Let's Listen and Say
T:Lingling and her family are talking about their family outing.Do you want to know what they will do?
1.教师呈现没有文字内容的课本插图,师生一起观察、谈论并对课文内容进行预测。
T:Look at the picture. Where are they?
S1:They are at home.
T:What are they talking about? Can you guess?
2.Ss listen and answer the questions:
What are they going to do at the park?
What are they going to do at grandparents' home?
3.板书并领读新单词,为听清对话扫清拦路虎。
4.教师就对话内容进行提问,引导学生回答“She will…Her mother/father will…”让学生在回答问题中初步熟悉课文。如:
T:What are Lingling and Dongdong going to do at the park?
Ss:They will take a walk with their grandparents.
由学生的回答引出对grandparent的讲解,通过“father+mother=parents”过渡到“grandpa+grandma=grandparents”,让学生理解grandparents的意义后再对其单数形式进行说明。
5.师生一起梳理Lingling一家人和爷爷奶奶共同进行的活动,完成表格。

(在完成表格的过程中,教师教授短语ride bicycles=ride bikes,意为“骑自行车”,ride可作“骑自行车/马”讲,如“ride a horse骑马”。)
6.Listen and repeat
再次播放录音,学生跟读,模仿正确的语音、语调。
7.教师重点讲解句型“Where are we going?”“What are we going to do?”“We'll…”稍后用课件呈现B部分的人物活动图片,师生展开问答,操练该句型。
Step 3 Consolidation & Extension
1.角色表演,仿照A部分的内容,学生四人一组,分角色演练对话。
2.学生上台表演对话,教师评选出“优胜组”“语言流利组”“勇气可嘉组”。教师可根据学生的表现,给予有针对性的、有创意的评价,激发他们学说英语的兴趣。
Step 4 Summing up & Homework
1.小结:师生共同总结本节课的主要内容。
2.作业:①听录音,跟读A、B部分内容,家长签字;②抄写B部分词组四遍,并默写一遍;③准备几张家庭旅游时所拍的照片,下节课用。

本课时B部分学习了几个表示活动的词组,A部分学习了询问及表述活动计划的句型“Where are we going?”“What are we going to do?”“We'll…”。教学中教师主要是利用A部分的情景对话理解、运用B部分所学的词组,要求学生能够运用这些知识简单谈论家庭出游计划。
