一．Leading in
Describe the two apples by using the original grade.
二．Teaching procedure
Task One:
Compare the two different apples by using the comparative grade.
Apple A is not as big as apple C.
Apple A is smaller than apple C./ Apple C is bigger than apple A.
Task Two:
Review the form of the comparative and superlative adjectives and adverbs.
规则变化（词尾变化） 原级 比较级 最高级
1. 单音节词在词尾加er或 est，以 字母e结尾的加r或 st tall
wide

2. 以重读闭音节结尾的词末只有一个辅音字母应双写辅音再加er或 est hot

3. 以辅音字母y结尾的词变y为 i，再加er或 est happy

4.多音节词和多数双音节词在其前面加more或 most 也可以在其前面加上less或 least popular

4、能修饰比较级的词及词组：much, even, far ,a lot
5、比较级+and + 比较级
6、the + 比较级...，the+比较级... 越...就越....
