学反

成功之处:有效的评价可以提高学习效率。有效的评价可以使学生认识自我,树立自信;可以激发学生的学习欲望,积极参与教学活动。本节课我采用了师评生、生评生、生自评。不足之处:教师对课堂的控制还是过多。改进:有些活动可以放开手请学生自己做。
