I. 要点点拨
1. I can speak English and I can also play soccer.我会说英语,也会踢足球。
also 副词,意为“也”。例如:I also like play basketball.我也喜欢打篮球。
【拓展】辨析:also, too
两者都可以意为“也”,其区别是:
also 位于句子中间,置于行为动词之前,系动词、助动词和情态动词之后。 My father is also a teacher.

too 位于肯定句句末,其前常加逗号。 I have some bananas and eat a little food, too.

be in …意为“到……来;加入;成为……的成员”;相当于join。

(2)help (sb.) with 意为“在……方面帮助某人”。
