Researchers
at
Stanford
University
have
developed
a
new
material
that
can
move
heat
out
of
buildings
and
into
space.
The
researchers
say
the
material
can
cool
buildings
even
on
hot
days.
The
cooling
material
is
a
very
thin
sheet
with
many
layers
that
could
be
placed
on
a
roof
like
solar
panels(板).
However,
instead
of
turning
sunlight
into
energy
as
solar
panels
do,
the
material
turns
heat
into
radiation.
  Shanhui
Fan
is
an
electrical
engineering
professor
at
Stanford
University.
He
says
that
the
panels
have
a
layer
of
material
that
is
like
sand.
The
panels
act
like
a
mirror.
They
take
heat
out
of
buildings
and
reflect
the
light
from
the
sun.
And
he
says
both
the
heat
and
sunlight
are
sent
100
kilometers
into
outer
space.
“It’s
a
structure
that
cools
itself
without
electricity
input,
even
under
the
sun.
So,
what
it
does
is
basically
radiate
heat
to
outer
space
and
also
reflect
the
sunlight
so
it
doesn’t
get
heated
up
by
the
sun.
”Mr
Fan
says
it
is
like
having
a
window
into
space.
“The
heat
is
sent
directly
into
space
without
warming
the
air.

  He
says
buildings
in
developing
countries
that
do
not
have
electricity
or
air
conditioning
could
use
the
panels.
“In
areas
where
electricity
is
out
of
reach
for
many
people,
there
is
a
potential
benefit
for
storing

or
even

In
many
of
these
situations,
being
able
to
reduce
the
temperature
is
important.
And
this
would
provide
a
way
to
do
it.

  The
researchers
say
the
main
problem
is
creating
actual

systems
using
the
high-tech
panels.
They
say
it
may
be
possible
to
develop
a
cooling
spray(喷涂)that
could
be
used
on
present
solid
structures.
They
believe
the
cooling
spray
technology
could
be
developed
in
the
next
three
to
five
years.
They
say
as
much
as
15
percent
of
the
energy
used
in
the
United
States
is
spent
providing
power
to
air
conditioning
systems.

  The
next
thing
I
remember
is
sitting
on

feeling
hot

again;
then
being
driven
to
a
hospital.
I
underwent

of

and
for
weeks
I
wasn’t

which
had

only
when
I

?
  We’ve
never
talked
much
about
the
accident—my
dad
has
never
been
an
especially
 52
person.
Now
that
I
have
kids
of
my
own,
I
do
sometimes
wonder
what
he
 53 .
I’ve
never
felt
any
 54
at
him,
and
I
recognize
that
but
for
his
swift
actions
the
situation
could
have
been
 55 .
But
I’d
certainly
never
have
a
barbecue
with
my
kids.

It
is
reported
that
liquid
water
has
been

on
Mars,
which
provides
necessary
conditions
for
all

To
some
extent,
the
climate
on
Mars
is
quite
similar
to
that
on
Earth,
which
makes
it
possible
for
humans
to

Therefore,
it
is
quite
probable

I

第二节(满分25分)
  阅读下面短文,
根据其内容写一篇60词左右的内容概要。
Some
experts
argue
the
fact
that
almost
one
in
four
teens
is
constantly
online
is
a
dangerous
thing,
yet
I
believe
that
it’s
an
opportunity.
Technology
brings
us
closer
together
and
can
help
us
in
everyday
life
rather
than
replacing
friends
with
screens.
First,
I
believe
that
technology
takes
the
embarrassment
out
of
face-to-face
contact,
as
talking
to
someone
may
make
you
uncomfortable.
You
could
not
say
what
is
on
your
mind.
A
much
simpler
way
of
communicating
is
through
texts.
By
texting
a
person,
there
is
no
resistance(抵抗)
to
what
you
are
trying
to
say.
You
are
able
to
revise
your
words
before
you
send
them,
hopefully
not
saying
something
you
will
later
regret
or
that
could
hurt
someone’s
feelings.
Apart
from
making
friends
face-to-face,
there
are
other
ways
of
interaction
using
technology.
Technology
can
help
bond
people
together
by
showing
similar
interests.
Second,
technology
can
help
friends
and
family
keep
in
touch.
When
moments
together
are
not
within
reach,
the
next
best
thing
is
to
use
technology
to
catch
up
on
each
other’s
life
and
share
precious
moments
through
videos
and
calls.
The
ability
to
play
back
a
memory
on
a
screen
is
amazing,
something
that
can
be
cherished
and
kept
forever.
Some
may
argue
technology
is
the
problem
in
the
world,
but
I
do
not.
I
believe
that
technology
helps
you
escape
the
evil
and
pressure
in
the
world
and
has
the
ability
to
let
you
create
your
own
world
where
what
others
say
or
think
doesn’t
matter.
After
a
stressful
time,
technology
is
there
to
help
you
communicate
and
remind
you
what
you
should
be
grateful
for,
or
just
make
your
day
a
little
better.
In
conclusion,
I
believe
that
not
only
is
technology
not
replacing
friends
with
screens
but
it’s
actually
bringing
us
closer
together
and
establishing
relationships
among
teens.
Overall,
I
believe
this
topic
makes
the
world
a
better
place
by
making
it
easier
to
create
friends,
and
make
otherwise
lost
friends
keep
in
touch.

  Have
you

of

It’s

Bali
is
so
picturesque
that
you

into
thinking
it

rice
fields
sit
upon
hillsides
like

volcanoes

clouds,
?the
forests

tropical,
and
the

NASA
has
announced
evidence
that
Jupiter’s
largest
moon,
Ganymede,
has
a
saltwater
ocean
under
its

surface.
The
ocean
seems
to
have
more
water
than
all
the
water
on
Earth’s
surface,
according
to
new
Hubble
observations.
New
Hubble

of
Ganymede’s

strongly
suggest
that
the
moon,
which
is
the
largest
in
our
whole

is
home
to
a
subsurface
ocean.
Scientists
estimate
that
the
ocean

But
unlike

Researchers
at
Stanford
University
have
developed
a
new
material
that
can
move
heat
out
of
buildings
and
into
space.
The
researchers
say
the
material
can
cool
buildings
even
on
hot
days.
The
cooling
material
is
a
very
thin
sheet
with
many
layers
that
could
be
placed
on
a
roof
like
solar
panels(板).
However,
instead
of
turning
sunlight
into
energy
as
solar
panels
do,
the
material
turns
heat
into
radiation.
  Shanhui
Fan
is
an
electrical
engineering
professor
at
Stanford
University.
He
says
that
the
panels
have
a
layer
of
material
that
is
like
sand.
The
panels
act
like
a
mirror.
They
take
heat
out
of
buildings
and
reflect
the
light
from
the
sun.
And
he
says
both
the
heat
and
sunlight
are
sent
100
kilometers
into
outer
space.
“It’s
a
structure
that
cools
itself
without
electricity
input,
even
under
the
sun.
So,
what
it
does
is
basically
radiate
heat
to
outer
space
and
also
reflect
the
sunlight
so
it
doesn’t
get
heated
up
by
the
sun.
”Mr
Fan
says
it
is
like
having
a
window
into
space.
“The
heat
is
sent
directly
into
space
without
warming
the
air.

  He
says
buildings
in
developing
countries
that
do
not
have
electricity
or
air
conditioning
could
use
the
panels.
“In
areas
where
electricity
is
out
of
reach
for
many
people,
there
is
a
potential
benefit
for
storing
medicine
or
even
food.
In
many
of
these
situations,
being
able
to
reduce
the
temperature
is
important.
And
this
would
provide
a
way
to
do
it.

  The
researchers
say
the
main
problem
is
creating
actual
cooling
systems
using
the
high-tech
panels.
They
say
it
may
be
possible
to
develop
a
cooling
spray(喷涂)that
could
be
used
on
present
solid
structures.
They
believe
the
cooling
spray
technology
could
be
developed
in
the
next
three
to
five
years.
They
say
as
much
as
15
percent
of
the
energy
used
in
the
United
States
is
spent
providing
power
to
air
conditioning
systems.

How
would

There

is

Is
it

or
because
it

?
  Help

the

Most
of
the
sites
you

may
be
visited
by
millions
of
people
a

so
care

  And
here’s
the
big
one—good

  Ask
someone
for
their
first
memory
and
they
will
often
give
some
fairly
dull
possibilities
and
not
be
sure
which
comes
first.
However,
I
have
no
 41
at
all
about
mine.
The
earliest
thing
I
recall
is
looking
down
and
seeing
flames
coming
out
of
my
ankles.
?
  It
was
a
Sunday
afternoon
in
July

when
I

fire.
I
was
in
the
garden
with
my
dad.
It
was
a
sunny
day
but
slightly
breezy(有微风的).
I
was
standing
nearby
as
my
dad
 43
to
light
the
barbecue.
After
several
failed
attempts,
 44
he
had
to
use
some
sort
of
accelerant(助燃剂).
It
caused
a
small
fireball,
which
was
flying
towards
me
 45
the
breeze
suddenly 46
in
my
direction.
That’s
where
the
vivid
memory
of
my
burning
ankles
kicks
in.
My
dad
 47
fast.
He
dashed
indoors,
grabbed
a
large
blanket
and
ran
back
to
wrap
me
in
it.
?
  The
next
thing
I
remember
is
sitting
on
a
chest,
feeling
hot
and
 48
water
over
and
over
again;
then
being
driven
to
a
hospital.
I
underwent
lots
of
skin
operations
and
for
weeks
I
wasn’t
able
to
bend
my
legs,
which
had
to
be
wrapped
in
bandages.
 49
this
period,
I
don’t
recall
experiencing
pain.
It
was
only
when
I
 50
what
an
exciting
summer
my
sister
was
having
that
my
situation
began
to
seem
 51 .
?
  We’ve
never
talked
much
about
the
accident—my
dad
has
never
been
an
especially
 52
person.
Now
that
I
have
kids
of
my
own,
I
do
sometimes
wonder
what
he
 53 .
I’ve
never
felt
any
 54
at
him,
and
I
recognize
that
but
for
his
swift
actions
the
situation
could
have
been
 55 .
But
I’d
certainly
never
have
a
barbecue
with
my
kids.

第二节(满分25分)
  阅读下面短文,
根据其内容写一篇60词左右的内容概要。
Some
experts
argue
the
fact
that
almost
one
in
four
teens
is
constantly
online
is
a
dangerous
thing,
yet
I
believe
that
it’s
an
opportunity.
Technology
brings
us
closer
together
and
can
help
us
in
everyday
life
rather
than
replacing
friends
with
screens.
First,
I
believe
that
technology
takes
the
embarrassment
out
of
face-to-face
contact,
as
talking
to
someone
may
make
you
uncomfortable.
You
could
not
say
what
is
on
your
mind.
A
much
simpler
way
of
communicating
is
through
texts.
By
texting
a
person,
there
is
no
resistance(抵抗)
to
what
you
are
trying
to
say.
You
are
able
to
revise
your
words
before
you
send
them,
hopefully
not
saying
something
you
will
later
regret
or
that
could
hurt
someone’s
feelings.
Apart
from
making
friends
face-to-face,
there
are
other
ways
of
interaction
using
technology.
Technology
can
help
bond
people
together
by
showing
similar
interests.
Second,
technology
can
help
friends
and
family
keep
in
touch.
When
moments
together
are
not
within
reach,
the
next
best
thing
is
to
use
technology
to
catch
up
on
each
other’s
life
and
share
precious
moments
through
videos
and
calls.
The
ability
to
play
back
a
memory
on
a
screen
is
amazing,
something
that
can
be
cherished
and
kept
forever.
Some
may
argue
technology
is
the
problem
in
the
world,
but
I
do
not.
I
believe
that
technology
helps
you
escape
the
evil
and
pressure
in
the
world
and
has
the
ability
to
let
you
create
your
own
world
where
what
others
say
or
think
doesn’t
matter.
After
a
stressful
time,
technology
is
there
to
help
you
communicate
and
remind
you
what
you
should
be
grateful
for,
or
just
make
your
day
a
little
better.
In
conclusion,
I
believe
that
not
only
is
technology
not
replacing
friends
with
screens
but
it’s
actually
bringing
us
closer
together
and
establishing
relationships
among
teens.
Overall,
I
believe
this
topic
makes
the
world
a
better
place
by
making
it
easier
to
create
friends,
and
make
otherwise
lost
friends
keep
in
touch.
