本部分主要讨论过去所完成的动作，要求学生能灵活运用句型What

do?并知道如何灵活回答，了解一些动词的过去式变化，并知道特殊过去式的变化形式，如：is

did，drink→dmnk等。本部分学习虽然有一定的难度，但在学习原有动词短语的基础上，再了解过去式的变化，也能收到较好的教学效果。
