首先复习如何制定一个好的出游计划，引导学生去了解方向。接着呈现学生们的班级旅游地图，阅读地图和信息，找到正确的地点，帮助学生强化他们的方向感。其次运用生活中的常见的场所来帮助学生将方向感运用到实践中去。做好了充分的准备后，继续以班级旅游为情境对它的细节展开讨论，以便学生在生活中出游以及其他方面学会更好的制定计划。最后用Eddie
和Hobo讨论出游的对话来让学生知道在生活中找到正确的方向感是很重要的，它会帮助我们起到事半功倍的效果。
