Textbook Analysis:
This is a revision lesson of unit 9 ,the first semester in Grade One.The topic of this unit is food.After reviewing the words, I arranged a series of activities to talk about likes and dislikes about the food and what they have for three meals. The target language “Do you like bananas ” is similar to “Do you have a soccer ball?”presented in last unit.So the students may not have much difficulty in learning this lesson.
Learning Situation Analysis:
The students are lively teenagers.They have great interest in English. The topic is closely related to daily life,so it’s helpful to raise learning interest of students and the series of activities can improve the students’ listening,speaking,reading and writing skills.

I think the songs ,the pictures of the movie
stars,could make the students interested in
English .And a series of activities practice the
target language repeatedly .
During this class, I asked students to have
a competition between boys and girls.In this
way, students took park in the activities more
actively and I judged their behaviors with the
words which could encourage them, so that
they were able to be more confident in learning
English.
