教学目标设计
依据国家 英语课程标准 中教学要激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神，培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神的要求我制订了本单元的教学目标。
课程标准：
能够运用现在完成时描述人类已经实施的太空探索，正确使用already, just, yet。
知识与技能：
(1）能够读懂有关太空话题的文章，掌握文章的大意，提取具体信息。
（2）能够用自己的语言介绍人类对太空的探索经历。
过程与方法：
（1）能够运用现在完成时描述人类的太空探索计划，正确使用already, just, yet。
（2）能够正确使用下列单词和词组：earth, just, station, latest, month, discover, show, over, also, part, Mars, space shuttle, space station, on business　
（3）能够结合图片、录像等手段介绍对太空所进行的探索。
情感、态度与价值观：　　
通过开展生动活泼的教学活动，激发学生的学习兴趣。
让学生了解一些航天知识，空间站的生活情况，九大行星的基本情况及适合人类生存的基本条件等，实现跨学科交流的目的。通过中国“神州五号”、“神州六号”载人航天太空探索增强民族意识和自豪感。
在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务, 尽情享受学习的乐趣。
学习策略目标：
（1）自主学习 能够结合个人情况预习教材和拓展。
（2）合作学习 能够与同学交流学习心得体会，共享学习策略。
（3）能利用网上学习资源查找信息，用所学内容进行真实的交际，积极参与课外英语学习。
（4）通过合作讨论、游戏、竞赛、单词联想等多种形式，实现在用中学、为用而学、学用结合、学而能用的原则。
教学重点、难点：
用现在完成时描述人类已经实施的太空探索计划。
解决措施：从学生感兴趣的人类登月录像引入，并创设情景让学生进行太空探索的讨论，由此来引导学生使用现在完成时来进行描述，达到运用语言讨论的目的。

教学过程 Step.1.Warming-upTo let the Ss learn the new words and expressions.（用幻灯片片展示单词，如下图一） Help the Ss remember the new words and expressions. Have the students to read the words on the screen in order to review them. Think about things you know about life on other planets. Read the words and expressions on the screen and try to remember them, then do activity 5
Step.2.In put Direct the Ss’ attention and lead in the new lesson. Show the picture of P20 activity 1.（引导学生想象太空生活，激发学生学习兴趣） Talk about the picture with partners or in groups.（与同学一起讨论有关太空的话题，注意汇总。）
Step.3.PracticeLearn to find the important language .Try to learn English by themselves. 1、Ask the students to read the passage carefully and find their difficulties. 2、Try to solve the problems in groups first. 3、If none of them can solve, they should write them down. Work in groups or pairs to talk about this passage.Discuss the problems in groups. Write down the problems what they couldn’t solve .Ask teacher for help.

Step.5.FeedbackTo practice the Ss’ oral English This unit is mainly to practice the Present Perfect Tense. And to practice the Ss’ reading and writing ability. Every student must understand the passage. Ask the students to read the passage carefully and find the answers about the questions what the teacher gives.（看下图四）
Step.6.Summing-upUse the picture or the information to retell the passage one by one. 1、To understand passages about space travel involving present perfect tense by reading.2、Show the picture and listen to the students.（成绩差的同学可参考下图五） 1、Give the students parts of the passage with blanks missing and have the students to fill in the blanks according to the passage.（完成下图五）2、Ask the Ss to work in pairs and use the picture to retell the passage one by one.
