直接引语与间接引语
直接引语就是直接引用别人的话,一般放在
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)引号内;问接引语就是用自己的话转述别人的话,不加引号。直接引语变成问接引语时,间接引话通常以宾语从句的形式出现。直接引语变成间接引语时还要注意人称、时态、指示代词、时间及地点状语的变化。
1.直接引语是陈述句时
如果直接引语是陈述句,在变为间接引语时,
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)由连词that引导(that可省略)。主句中如果有say

somebody(对某人说),通常变为tell
somebody
(告诉某人)。

独立结构
当复合句中的从句的主
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)语与主句的主语不一致时,将从句转换成分词结构时可保留从句的主语,以区别于主句的主语。这种带有自己的逻辑主语的分词结构叫做分词的独立结构。至于分词独立结构中的动词是用其现在分词一ing形式还是过去分词一ed形式,只需将分词独立结构转换为其深层结构~一从句,分析从句中的主谓关系.我们就能得出动词分词
的正确形式。

The

suggests

there
are
three
causes

the

and
the
exhibition
of
__51__
by
individuals.
One
of
the
most
common
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)
causes
of

both

was
over
the
___52___

The

over
the

In
a

of

females.
thirty
females
were

Two
points
are
of
particular
interest
to
notice
about
these
fights
for
possession.21cnjy.com
In
the
first
place,
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)the
fights
are
often
carried
to
such
an
extreme
that
they
end
in
the
__54__

of
the
objects
of
common

Toys
are
torn
to

and
females

In
the
second
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)
place
it
is
observable,
that
__55__
occurs
when
an

There

Another
cause

is
the
tendency

A
new

in
the
class

be

A

It
is

to

As
a

But
when

children
a

aggression
often

This
strongly
suggests
that
the
reason

from

something

his

by

they
want
someone
to
come

travel.
After
people

they
might

____67____
So
if
the

they
might

____68____
I

it

a
great
way
of
seeing
the

because
you
go

stay
in
a
new
city,
get
to

and
have
time
to

in
a

Generally
you

job.
There
are
websites
where
you

want
to

and
by
replying
to
the

you
can
make

There
are
som
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)e
requirements
to
be
a
house
sitter.
You
must
be
a
trusted
person,
so
that
the
home
owner
knows
you
will
not
steal
anything.
You
must
be
able
to
go
when
the
house
owner
wants
you

so
you
need
lots
of

____69____
You
need

they

Some

are

days
or
a
couple

while

Sometimes
it
is
for
much
longer.
We
have
had

while
the

____70____
Then

you

there.
One
of
the
most
important
things
to
get
is
reference
from
the
home

where
you
have
stayed.
A
reference
is
a
written
letter
to

Encouragement

(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)praise
can
come
in
many
forms,and
some
ways
are
better

child
development
than
others.
Researchers
at
the
University
of
Chicago
and
Stanford
University
who
studied
mother-child
interactions
over
the
course
of
several
years
found
that
the
type
of
praise
children
receive
affects
their
attitudes
toward
challenges
later
in
life.
Specifically
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?),
praise
coming
with
feedback
about
their
behavior
and
the
choices
that
toddlers
made
helped
them
to
cope
better
with
difficult
experiences
five
years
later,
compared
with
compliments
that
focused
more
on
the
child
himself,
like
“You’re
a
good
boy.”
Elizabeth
Gunderson,
a
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)n
assistant
professor
of
psychology
at
Temple
University
says,
“Praising
the
efforts
and
actions
of
the
kid
is
going
to
be
more
beneficial
in
their
long-term
persistence
and
desire
to
be
challenged
and
work
hard
in
the
future.”
Such
“proce

praise”
includes
comments
such
as
“You
worked
really
hard”,
which
emphasize
the
child’s
actions.
“Person
praise”
includes
comments
like
“You’re
smart”,
which
focus
on
a
child’s
inherent
qualities.
These
distinctions
aren’t
new
in
the
field
of
psychology,
but
exactly
how
they
affect
children’s
development
hasn’t
been
clear.
As
part
of
the
s
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)tudy,
researchers
visited
the
homes
of
more
than
50
toddlers
between
the
age
of
1
and
3
years
old,
and
filmed
their
daily
interactions
with
their
parents
during
multiple
90-minute
sessions.
Five
years
later,
the
researchers
followed
up
with
the
families,
measuring
the
children’s
attitudes
toward
challenges
and
problem
solving.
The
children
who
grew
up
with
more
process
praise
were
more
open
to
challenge,
and
were
able
to
identify
more
ways
of
overcoming
difficult
problems.
They
were
also
more
likely
to
say
they
could
improve
intelligence
with
hard
work.
While
person
praise
didn’t
seem
to
have
any
negative
effect
on
the
children,
the
study
suggests
that
process
praise
teaches
children
that
their
talents
and
abilities
can
be
developed
and
improved,
while
person
praise
sends
the
message
that
their
abilities
are

and
therefore
not
easily
altered.

直接引语与间接引语
直接引语就是直接引用别人
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)的话,一般放在引号内;问接引语就是用自己的话转述别人的话,不加引号。直接引语变成问接引语时,间接引话通常以宾语从句的形式出现。直接引语变成间接引语时还要注意人称、时态、指示代词、时间及地点状语的变化。
1.直接引语是陈述句时
如果直接引语是陈述句,在变为间接引语
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)时,由连词that引导(that可省略)。主句中如果有say
to
somebody(对某人说),通常变为tell
somebody
(告诉某人)。
e.
g.
He
said,
“I
get
on
well
with
people
here.”
→He
said
that
he
got
on

all
about
it
three
days
ago.”
→John
told
me
that
he
had
told
her
all
about
it
three
years
before.
注意:如果直接引语是两个并列的陈述句,变为间接引语时,第一个宾语从句前的that有时可省略,但第二个宾语从句前的that不可省略。

2.直接引语是疑问句时
(1)直接引语如果是一般疑问句
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?).变为间接引语时,要用连词whether或if引导,同时把原来的疑问句语序变为陈述句浯序。主句中的谓语动词是said时,要改为asked,没有间接宾语时,还可根据具体情况加一个问接宾语,如me,us,him等。
e.
g.
The
teacher
said.“Will
you
be

today?”
→The
teacher
asked(him)
if

you
please…?”表示的是请求,变为间接引语时,常用动词不定式形式。
e.
g.

you
like
to
help
me
with
my
lessons?”she
asked
me.
→
She
asked
me
to
help

him,“Will
you
stay
at

or
go
to
a

(3)直接引语是特殊疑问句时
直接引语如果是特殊疑问
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)句(即what,which,who,whom,whose,how,why,when,where,how
many,how
long等引导的疑问句),变为间接引语时,仍用原来的疑问词引导,但要把原来的疑问句语序改为陈述句语序。

asked.(表示征询意见)
→She
wanted
to
know
how
she
should
read
the
book.
3.直接引语是祈使句时
变为间接引语时,要将祈使句的动词原形变为带
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)to的不定式,并在不定式的前面根据语气需要使用ask,tell,order等动词,其句型是:ask/tell/order
someone
to
do
sth.
注意:有些表示建议、提议、劝告或要求的祈使句,可以用suggest,insist等动词加以转述。

独立结构
当复合句中的从句
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)的主语与主句的主语不一致时,将从句转换成分词结构时可保留从句的主语,以区别于主句的主语。这种带有自己的逻辑主语的分词结构叫做分词的独立结构。至于分词独立结构中的动词是用其现在分词一ing形式还是过去分词一ed形式,只需将分词独立结构转换为其深层结构~一从句,分析从句中的主谓关系.我们就能得出动词分词

to

The

from
the

suggests
that

three
causes

One
of
the
mo

common

of

was
over
the

The
argument
over
the

was
sufficient

__53___

In
a
case
of
monkeys’
disagreement
over
females.
thirty
females
were
killed.
Two
points
are
of
particular
interest
to
notice
about
these
fights
for
possession.
In
the
first
place
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?),
the
fights
are
often
carried
to
such
an
extreme
that
they
end
in
the
__54__

of
the

of
common

Toys
are
torn

In
the
second
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)
place
it

that
__55__

There

__56___

Another
cause
of
ag
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)gression
is
the

__57__

A

A

Monkeys

__59__

Children

not
object
when
animals
are
introduced
to
the

As
a
matter
of

__60__
.
But
when
monkeys

a
new

or
children
a

aggression
often
occurs.
This
strongly
suggests
that
the
reason

In

they
might

House

Also,
quite
a

people

their

and
they

____68____
I
feel
it
is
a
great
way
of
seeing
the
country,
because
you
go
and
stay
in
a
new
city,
get
to
meet
new
people,
and
have
time
to
go
sightseeing
in
a
new
area.
Generally
you
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)have
many
opportunities
to
get
a
house

job.
There
are
websites
where
you
find
the
advertisements
by
people

want
to
travel,
and
by
replying
to
the
advertisement,
you
can
make

and
look
after

There
are
some
requir
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)ements
to
be
a
house
sitter.
You
must
be
a
trusted
person,
so
that
the
home
owner
knows
you
will
not
steal
anything.
You
must
be
able
to
go
when
the
house
owner
wants
you
to
go,
so
you
need
lots
of
free
time.
____69____
You
need
to
be
good
with
pets,
able
to
care
for
cats
and
dogs,
or
other
pets
they
may
have.
Some
house

jobs
are
just
for
a
few
days
or
a
couple
of
weeks
while
the
house
owners
have
a
short
holiday.
Sometimes
it
is
for
much
longer.
We
have
had
one
house
sitter
for
six
months,
while
the
home
owners
travelled
to
Europe.
____70____
Then
yo

can
travel
to
many

and

there.
One
of
the
most
important
things
to
get
is
reference
from
the
home
owners
where
you
have
stayed.
A
reference
is
a
written
letter
to
say
that
you
are
trustworthy
and
have
looked
after
their
home
well.
You
can
show
these
letters
to
prospective
house

jobs
and
they
know
you
will
do
a
good
job.
Summary
Writing
Encouragement
an
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)d
praise
can
come
in
many
forms,and
some
ways
are
better
for
child
development
than
others.
Researchers
at
the
University
of
Chicago
and
Stanford
University
who
studied
mother-child
interactions
over
the
course
of
several
years
found
that
the
type
of
praise
children
receive
affects
their
attitudes
toward
challenges
later
in
life.
Specifically
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?),
praise
coming
with
feedback
about
their
behavior
and
the
choices
that
toddlers
made
helped
them
to
cope
better
with
difficult
experiences
five
years
later,
compared
with
compliments
that
focused
more
on
the
child
himself,
like
“You’re
a
good
boy.”
Elizabeth
Gunde
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)rson,
an
assistant
professor
of
psychology
at
Temple
University
says,
“Praising
the
efforts
and
actions
of
the
kid
is
going
to
be
more
beneficial
in
their
long-term
persistence
and
desire
to
be
challenged
and
work
hard
in
the
future.”
Such
“proces
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?)s
praise”
includes
comments
such
as
“You
worked
really
hard”,
which
emphasize
the
child’s
actions.
“Person
praise”
includes
comments
like
“You’re
smart”,
which
focus
on
a
child’s
inherent
qualities.
These
distinctions
aren’t
new
in
the
field
of
psychology,
but
exactly
how
they
affect
children’s
development
hasn’t
been
clear.
As
part
of
the
study
(?http:?/??/?www.21cnjy.com?),
researchers
visited
the
homes
of
more
than
50
toddlers
between
the
age
of
1
and
3
years
old,
and
filmed
their
daily
interactions
with
their
parents
during
multiple
90-minute
sessions.
Five
years
later,
the
researchers
followed
up
with
the
families,
measuring
the
children’s
attitudes
toward
challenges
and
problem
solving.
The
children
who
grew
up
with
more
process
praise
were
more
open
to
challenge,
and
were
able
to
identify
more
ways
of
overcoming
difficult
problems.
They
were
also
more
likely
to
say
they
could
improve
intelligence
with
hard
work.
While
person
praise
didn’t
seem
to
have
any
negative
effect
on
the
children,
the
study
suggests
that
process
praise
teaches
children
that
their
talents
and
abilities
can
be
developed
and
improved,
while
person
praise
sends
the
message
that
their
abilities
are
fixed
and
therefore
not
easily
altered.
