课前预习Before reading:
1.What does the title mean
A. They are dangerous. B. They are dying out or becoming extinct.
2.Learn some background information about the antelipes by reading a short passage.
The antelopes live on the Qinghai- Tibetan Plateau. They look like deer. They are good at running, so they were chosen as one of the mascots for the 2008 Olympic Games, whose name is Yingying. Their wool is soft ,light and warm and can be made into shawls. Their life span is at most 8 years.
3.Finish Ex2,3&4 on P52&53.
