教学反思：
三年级的学生对于英语学习的兴趣很浓，因此课堂上丰富多样的教学互动活动很能调动学生的学习兴趣。对教学重难点的把握也做的比较到位，整堂效果良好。词汇教授中对于四个新授词汇的导入各有特色，且能将词汇训练与句型训练结合起来，为接下来的句型学习奠定了很好的基础，同时也将枯燥乏味的词汇教学变得充实而有效。但是课堂中也存在一些问题，
由于紧张将一个辅助词汇写错，而且在课堂上也没有及时改过来。同时对于课堂环节组织上做的不够谨慎，导致在课堂中突然思路打乱，临时又换了一种教学方式替代。
在新知传授阶段，我用句型“This
is...He
is..”由易到难突破了教学重点，但是在接下来的巩固练习中，我没有给学生更多
自主学习，读说练得机会，一直都是我一个人在引导，我在说，没有给学生一个展示自我的机会。
教学中趣味活动较单一，导致机械练习显得枯燥乏味。
课后的作业布置不科学，只是要求注重知识的表面化，没有把知识拓展开来。
对于教材钻研的不透彻，本节词汇课完全可以与第六课时结合起来。比如在学习完he
she的用法后可以引导学生先完成课本第九页练习题Read
and
tick
部分内容（看图片判断句子This

student.）在完成本节五个单词的学习后，可以综合引导学生完成课本第十页的习题（看图连词）这样一来，既巩固了本课内容，又减轻了英语的单元课时压力。
总之，一节课下来，感悟很多，跟多的是对自己教学的反思。在以后的教学中，我会多向其他老教师请教，学习她们如何组织教学、如何进行课堂管理、如何对学生行为进行评价，努力成为一名合格的英语教师。
