教学过程:
Step1 Warming-up and revision
T: Are you ready for the class? Are you ready?
Ss:Yes.
T:Good morning, boys and girls.
Ss: Good morning, Miss Wang.
T: Today, I’m your new English teacher. I hope we’ll have a good time. First of all, let’s see Miss Wang divided you into three groups.If you do well and can answer my questions, you can get one step. Let’s step by step, come to have a picnic. OK!
Ss: Ok.
T: Today we’re going to learn M8U1 They sang beautifully. First of all, boys and girls, let’s say a chant together.
Have, had, I had a picnic.
Play, played, I played football.
Help, helped, I helped my mother.
Listen, listened, I listened to music.
Walk, walked, I walked in the park.
T: Wow, wonderful! You did really a good job.
设计意图:以学生耳熟能详的chant作为课前的热身活动,chant的内容是上节课规则的动词过去式,以旧带新,即复习了旧知识又为新知识的呈现做了铺垫,极大地调动了学生的积极性。

T: So what did you do last Sunday? (teach: last Sunday)
I watched TV last Sunday. What about you?
S1: I watched TV last Sunday.
S2: I listened to music last Sunday.

T:Look, here’s a picture. What did you see? You can say: We saw some…(teach:saw)
S1:We saw some children.
S2:We saw some birds.
T: Great! We saw some children and we saw some birds.(ask ss to read the sentences: We saw some birds.)
T: So, what did the children do last Sunday? Let’s watch the video.
S1:玩游戏

T: Yes, you got it. We can say they played games(teach:game) and they sang songs.(teach:sang).Ask ss read three times.
And they sang beautifully.(teach:beautifully)
T: Now, follow me. They sang beautifully.(two times) today our Learning objectives are learn to describe the activities in the past and share your happy day.
Step3: Text learning
T: Look, they are our old friend Sam and Amy. What did they do last Sunday? Now let’s watch the CD-ROM.
Ss: They had a picnic last Sunday.
T:Yes, you are so clever. We all know Sam and Amy had a picnic in the park. But how did they go there? We can ask they went there by…(teach: went there) let’s see.
T: They went there by bus. Gg: We went to the…(zoo/supermarket/park)
T:Now let’s listen and match
Teach: We ate some food and drank some drinks.(ate and drank)

T: Show some pictures and let students discuss what did they do last Sunday?

T: Look this is Miss Wang’s happy day. And I want to know your happy. So take out the sheet and finish your happy day and then discuss in groups and show to us, clear?

反思:
本课的主要内容是通过上周天Sam和Amy去野餐做了许多事情,学会用一般现在时来描述过去发生的事情或动作。由于学生在此之前已接触过过去式“was”和“were”,因此我将任务教学法、直观教学法、情景教学法、游戏教学法、运用多媒体教学调动学生视听感官,同时教给学生如何通过细心观察、积极参与、合作交流等方法学会、掌握并运用知识。
本堂课教学过程的成功之处在于:
教授单词和句子始终坚持情境教学,更好的帮助学生理解。
2.本课知识以旧带新,通过规则动词过去式的学习继续学习不规则的动词过去式。过渡自然流畅。使学生边说边做,并复习与本课教学关系密切的动词或短语,为后面的教学做不可或缺的铺垫。
3.单词操练除了游戏等机械操练外还给学生创造情境理解,加深印象。
4.课文的呈现和学习通过设置填空题、选择题和连线题,层层推进,效果较好。使学生整体理解并学习课文,然后是在理解的基础上跟读课文培养语感,指导学生用正确的语气读课文,较好的让学生融入课文的情境当中。
课堂教学过程中存在的不足:
1.本课是的教学重点是动词过去式的不规则变化形式。因为之前只学过be动词的过去式was和were,因此学生对于一般过去时的概念还是比较模糊。另外,上一模块动词过去时的一般变化形式还没有学习,因此也要作为一个重点进行新授。
2.另外在group work环节,我应该让学生自由组织语言描述图片而不是自己带读完成任务。
四年级的学生活泼好动,乐于参与活动、游戏及表演,所以要采用多种教学手段交替使用,创设情景,尽量利用实物、图片及课件等直观教具进行教学,激发学生求知欲望。四年级的学生求胜心理较强,小组活动中,为取得好成绩,部分小组长会安排学困生完成简单的手工活动,而剥夺他们开口讲、动手写的机会,教师要加以指导:或言语鼓励、或对学困生担当重要角色的小组给以较高的评价等,引导学生真正做到互帮互助。
