教师询问学生的假期情况。(可允许他们用汉语回答,或英汉混用,这样可以活跃气氛,拉近距离,让学生以愉悦的心情进入下面的学习。)

播放导入歌曲:How

you?
师生一起唱。

2:Presentation
1.
新学期开始,教师先做自我介绍:I’m
your
new
teacher.
You
can
call
me…教师介绍完后,和同学们用Hello/Hi打招呼,并问What
your
name?师生互动,了解学生。(师生互动的过程中,引导学生用You
can
call
me…句型,师生相互介绍,生生之间相互介绍
)

PPT播放课文动画,先出示问题:What
is
the
new
teacher’s
name?
(新学期每个班级都有变化,Jenny
班里也有了新变化,是什么呢?让学生带着问题或任务去听,可以使听力更加有效,注意力更集中,同时设计的问题逐步递进,体现了学习的层次性。)

is…”来介绍自己的同桌。

听音猜人(Listen

guess)
规则:让一名学生用眼罩蒙住眼睛,另一位学生起立向其问好:
Hello,

pupil./Hello,

your
new
friend.。被蒙住眼睛的学生根据声音猜出是“boy”还是“girl”,是“boy”,说“His
name
is…”;是“girl”,说“Her
name
is…”。如果猜对了,学生取下眼罩,说:My
name
is
…Nice
to
meet
you.
如果猜不出具体是哪一名同学,则说:Hi,my
name
is…I’m
your
new
friend.

(重点练习哪个句子,由教师根据班级学生情况,自己把握。)
3.
Role-play
小组内角色扮演,朗读课文。(指导学生朗读时的语音语调,养成良好的按意群朗读的好习惯。)
