speak 意思是“说话”,也作“演说”解,着重说的动作(开口发声) ,不着重所说的内容,一般用作不及物动词 (即后面不能直接接宾语 ) ;此外可作及物动词用,常以某种语言为宾语。如:
① I don’t like to speak like this. 我不喜欢这样说话。
② Can you speak English? 你说英语吗?
【注】打电话时,习惯用speak; 不用talk。例如:

tell:只用作及物动词, 意为“讲述 , 告诉”,除较少情况外, 一般后面常跟双宾语或动词不定式作宾语补足语。eg:
