一、教材分析：
本节课选自由人民教育出版社出版的《义务教育科教书英语（PEP）》五年级下册第三单元My
school
calendar
B部分的Read
and
write.
该Read
and
write的主体部分是Wu
Yifan和Robin准备的一份关于复活节派对的邀请函。这个Read
and
write分为读、写两个部分：第一部分要求学生能够在图片的帮助下读懂邀请函，完成读后句子正误判断的活动；第二部分为设定的语境情境下的书写活动，要求学生能够根据例词和运用核心句型书写一份邀请函。
二、学情分析：
本课教学对象是五年级的学生，在前五课时的学习中已经学习了12个月份的单词、中西传统节日名称和节日活动短语（其中没有端午节），以及核心句型：I
will
…
五年级的学生思维活跃、乐于表达，但是有两极分化现象，有部分的学生综合语言运用能力相对较差，让学生在理解文本内容的基础上让学生完成一封邀请函，部分学生在课堂内无法独立完成。
三、教学目标：
1．知识目标：能听、说、认读holiday,
roll,
Bunny,
RSVP;理解介词by在邀请函中的意思；能借助图片通过跳读、寻读、精读的方式读通文本，理解邀请函的意思；完成文本后的判断题。
2．能力目标：学生能够运用句子：I

…写句子；通过模仿录音，以正确的语音语调朗读文章；并根据所设定的情景，参考例词，运用核心句子I’ll
…
制作节日邀请函。
3．情感目标：学生了解更多的西方复活节的文化。
四、教学重难点：
1．教学重点：能够理解邀请函的内容，并完成相应的理解练习，能在一定的语境中书写句子I’ll

2．教学难点：能够提高阅读技巧，掌握基本阅读策略，并进行大胆思考和尝试英文写作。
五、解决教学重难点的策略
本节课主要分为阅读前、阅读中、阅读后三部分，通过阅读前的文本内容猜测，阅读中的skimming获取文本大意及scanning理解文本内容解决本课时的重点内容。根据本课教学重难点内容，让学生采取小组合作方式，将学生合理编成小组，发挥小组长作用，共同讨论邀请函的内容，共同制作一张邀请函。目的是培养学生初步的阅读能力，也培养学生的相应的思维能力，同时渗透中西方节日文化不同的意识。
