答案
一、1.B 2.C 3.A 4.B
answer one's letter/reply to one's letter表示“回信”。
under“在……
可知选A。
二、11.A 点拨:if如果; because因为; so; 所以; but但是。 故选A。
.A
.C 点拨:what什么; where哪里; how怎么; which哪个。

.A
故选A。
根据文中“Due to its harsh climate with the lowest temperature at -46℃, it is called the‘third pole’of the world.”
根据文中“the Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area has more than 3,000 narrow sandstone pillars and peaks”可推测,武陵源的3000多个狭窄的砂岩柱和山峰会让游客“感到惊奇”。
根据“It is also home to other globally endangered animals such as...”可知A项错误; 根据“...besides the tropical(热带的)rainforests.”可知B项错误; 根据“It is home to plateau(高原)wildlife...”可知,只有高原野生动物生存在此地,故C项错误; 根据“more than 3,000 narrow sandstone pillars and peaks”可知这都是自然奇观,故D项正确。
