Module 4 Unit 1 Did you read them?
教材分析
本模块的主题是Presents。课文通过Daming和grandma的通话为课文学习主线。电话中谈论有关grandma送的礼物的情况。第一课时让学生整体感悟，了解课文中出现的fine, sent, get, chocolate等以及以前学过的动词以及过去式。课文的整体时态是一般过去时，利用核心句子I sent … / Did you …? 进行语言交际。学生能熟练掌握课文的核心句型和一般过去时的用法。
教学目标
【知识目标】
1、掌握词汇sent, American, read, interesting。
2、掌握句型：
I sent you a maths game. Did you get it?
And I sent you English books. Did you read them?
I read them.
3、会使用句型进行提问和回答。
【能力目标】
能听懂对话中的主要信息，如询问是否收到赠送的礼物。能用恰当的语言描述自己得到的礼物。
【情感目标】
引导学生要学会感恩，对于他人的赠予应表示真诚的感谢。

学生能熟练掌握I sent … / Did you…? 进行语言交际。
【教学难点】
在教师的指导下，学生能熟练掌握课文的核心句型和一般过去时的用法。

教学过程
Step 1 Warm-up
1. Greeting with the students.
2. Free talk:
What did you eat yesterday? What did you do??
引导学生用动词的过去式来描述昨天发生的事情，本环节的设计是为了复习以前学过的动词过去式。
3. Listen and chant:
学习Part 1的chant，调动学生积极性，活跃课堂气氛。
Step 2 Presentation
1. T: Daming has got some presents from his grandma. Do you want to know? Let’s learn the text and talk about the presents we’ve sent.
2. Read the passage after the tape. And answer the questions:
(1) Where does Daming’s grandma live?
She lives in the US.
(2) What did grandma send?
She sent a maths game, America chocolate and English books.
(3) Did Daming eat the chocolate?
Yes, he did.
4. Open the books, read the passage after the tape sentence by sentence.
5. Work in pairs to read.
6. Read it freely.
