PEP Book6 Unit4 I have a pen pal 教学反思
本节课我所教授的是PEP小学英语六年级上册第四单元I have a pen pal. PartA. Let’s learn。新课程标准中表明:“激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣”是基础教育阶段英语课程任务的首要要求,这足以见证“兴趣”是英语学习的关键所在。我认为,不应该只是低年级激发兴趣,到了高年级就是保持兴趣了,而且应该是每一个教学环节、内容都要激发和培养学生的兴趣,而激发兴趣要从学生的实际生活经验和认知水平出发,本节课我能遵循以上的教学理念,从创设情境入手,设计了多样化的教学活动,以学生为中心,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣。下面我就今天的这节课,谈谈我的体会与反思。
1.激发兴趣,以旧带新。
一上课就通过一首song唤起了学生对动词ing的记忆。接着通过已学句型I love collecting leaves.并结合四年级学过的句型I like…引出新学的句型I like collecting leaves.接着,加入Look at my mouth这个游戏来复习已学过的动词短语的ing形式,然后让学生用I like…句型来造句,男女生之间进行比赛,学生的积极性被调动起来了,为新课的学习培养了良好的情绪。
2. 注重营造愉快、宽松、平等、和谐的课堂教学氛围
这节课,我主要以情境教学为主,让学生在趣中学,玩中学、练中学。整节课我始终以甜甜的微笑对待学生,课堂情态语言丰富,富有感染力,具有极强的亲和力,真正与学生融为了一体,使英语这种任务型教学轻松贯穿于教学之中,让学生表层上掌握语言知识,深层上理解知识,高层上运用知识,由浅入深地培养了学生的能力。学生也正是靠着这种内生的情感动力,推动对知识的掌握和智力的发展。
3..从创设情境入手,注重整体教学。
在导入新课时,我通过自己加入了音乐俱乐部引出自己的爱好,然后通过图片展示不同的人的兴趣爱好,自然地引出了本节课的单词和句型,接着邀请不同的人加入不同的俱乐部,让学生觉得新奇有趣,又对所学内容有了一个整体的感知。接着,我通过引导学生用句型What’s your hobby 分别问周围同学的兴趣爱好来学习动词短语,再根据爱好不同邀请他们加入不同的俱乐部,让学生好像置身于情境中一样,在愉快的氛围中学习新知。
4.设计的课堂活动形式多样,激发学生学习的积极性。
小学生生性活泼好动,,为了让学生学得有兴趣。我在教学过程中充分利用多媒体辅助教学、游戏法、小组合作学习、情境教学等多种教法相结合,设计了多种活动形式,如Look at my mouth游戏,magic fingers游戏,make sentences游戏,high and low voice游戏,turn left游戏, pairwork, group competition等,充分发挥学生的主体作用,既提高了知识的趣味性和学生学习的积极性,又有利于学生巩固知识,把握重点,突破教学难点。
5. 倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式
语言训练的最终目标是对所学语言创造整合,并能够灵活地运用它们,积极地表达自己的见解,具有初步的交流能力。这节课能够让学生在一系列的活动中体验、实践、参与、合作与交流,掌握较为真实的语言,避免了机械的重复。例如:本节课中,老师通过创设具体的情境让学生学习运用My hobby is… ; What’s your hobby? I like…等句型,同时还安排学生进行同桌、小组间的交流,促进了学生互相学习,互相帮助,为促进学生与他人交流,解决实际问题提供了一个平台。
6.巧妙设计课堂评价。
在本节课我把学生成了两个小组,男生一组,女生一组,进行竞赛学习,由于教学内容与教学评价、活动相关联,学生们的积极性很高,达到了良好的效果。
但是,教学总是一门遗憾的艺术,本节课的教学遗憾有如下几方面:对时间的把握不够合理,所设计的教学活动有点重复,教师引导得太多,没有完全放手让学生去进行合作学习,较少发挥学生的学习主动性。本节课值得商榷的问题就是语言训练活动层次不高。大多是语言形式上的操练,空对空的操练,所谓的“交际活动”只限于明知故问的层次,达不到语言交际的层次。还需要我们的老师进行必要的反思,寻求更好的教学方法。
总之,这节课,教学流程自然,学生思维活跃,能够正确有效的运用TPR全身动作反应法,让学生通过听、说、做、唱、玩等方式去感悟、体验语言,使培养学生的综合语言运用能力这一核心目标得到了充分体现。Teaching plan

一 .Teaching aims:
1、能听、说、认读句子:What is your hobby I like collecting stamps.
2、能听、说、读、写动词短语的 ing 形式:collecting stamps,riding a bike,diving,playing the violin,making kites.
3、培养学生广泛的业余爱好和兴趣特长,张扬学生的个性。
4、通过学习,培养学生正确的人生观、价值观。
二.Teaching points:To enable the students to master the form of ing of five verb phrases and can spell these words: riding,diving,making。
三.Teaching difficulties :To enable the students to use the structures:“ What is your hobby I like doing _____.”in the certain context.
四.Teaching aids:a tape-recorder、some word cards about A Let’s learn、some leaves、a stamp album、PPT、some props.
五.Teaching procedures:
StepI. Warming up
Sing a song《I love going hiking》
T:Class begins. Good morning, class. How are you Boys and girls, are you happy today Now I’ll make you happy, let’s enjoy a song: 《I love going hiking》.We’ve learnt it in Grade 5. Now let’s sing together.
StepII. Reviewing
T: I like collecting leaves. ( T shows Ss some different shapes of leaves.)
Review some words and phrases
T: OK. Now let’s review something. Please look at the screen. There are many words and phrases on it. Let’s play a game. Please look at my mouth and guess which phrase I say. One right phrase, one point. Let’s have a match between boys and girls. Let’s see whose reaction is the fastest. Now follow me. swimming…
T turns back and says “watching TV” or other word or phrase silently. Now please guess which word or phrase I say.
iii. Let’s play a game—making sentences
T: Well, now let’s make sentences with the structures “I like …”.For example, I like collecting leaves. I like swimming. Are you clear Yes or No OK. The match between boys and girls will go on. One sentence , one point. But the sentences should be different. Are you ready OK. Now
let’s begin. Who wants to have a try Hands up! Be quick. Time is limited.
Boys and girls, come on.
T: Well, now stop here, time is limited.
StepIII. Presentation

(1).T: OK. Now let’s look at the screen.(T points at the picture on the sreen and says:) Welcome to our music club. Yes, it’s me .I like singing and listening to music.
(2).T: Let’s join a club. Now, look at the picture. She is Mandy. She can make kites. She likes making kites.(T writes “making kites” on the blackboard.)OK. Now, read after me. making kites ...Now look at the blackboard, making kites, how to spell Yes. M-A-K-I-N-G K-I-T-E-S, making kites. Making kites, what’s the Chinese meaning
(3).T: Let’s play another game—magic fingers. How many fingers, how many times. For example, if I show you two fingers ,you will say “making kites” two times. Are you clear OK. Let’s have a try. Now show me your hands and do after me.(If the students say wrongly, the teacher can say: Well, the boy or the girl makes a mistake, let’s bomb him or her. T: one two three Ss: bomb .)
2.collecting stamps
(1).T: Now look at me. This is a stamp album. (T shows a stamp album and take out one stamp and says:) What’s this in Chinese Yes, it’s a stamp. (T shows more stamps to Ss and says:) They are stamps. Now follow me. stamps…How to spell Yes. S-T-A-M-P-S, stamps.
(2).(Show the picture on the screen)T: Look at this girl. She is so cute. She likes collecting stamps. Collecting stamps,now read after me. Collecting stamps…Now look at the blackboard, pay attention to their spelling, C-O-L-L-E-C-T-I-N-G S-T-A-M-P-S, collecting stamps. What’s the meaning Who knows
(3).Now let’s play another game---high and low voice. If I say “collecting stamps” loudly, you will say it softly. If I say “collecting stamps” softly, you will say it loudly. Are you clear OK. Now let’s start.
(4).T: She likes collecting stamps. So she can join the collecting club.
3.riding a bike
(1). (Show the picture on the screen.)T: Now look at this picture. She likes riding a bike. (T writes “riding a bike” on the blackboard.)Now read after me, riding a bike…What’s the meaning Now look at the blackboard, how to spell “ riding a bike” Yes. R-I-D-I-N-G A B-I-K-E riding a bike.
(2).Let boys and girls read it separately.
T: Boys follow me, riding a bike… Now girls read after me, riding a bike…
(3).Let Ss read it in groups.
T: Now Group One and Group Three read after me…Now Group Two and Group Four follow me…Now read together.
(4).Ask some Ss to read it.

4.diving
(1). (Show the picture on the screen.)T: Now look at this picture. What is she doing If you can’t say it in English, you can say it in Chinese. Yes, very good. She is diving. She likes diving.(T writes “diving” on the blackboard.)Now read after me, diving…Look at the screen, diving, how to spell Yes, D-I-V-I-N-G diving.
(2). T: Now let’s play another game—turn left. I want six students to
come here. Three students are boys. Three students are girls. Now who wants
to have a try Hands up! Boys, girls, hands up. You please! OK. They six
should stand in line before me. Close their eyes. Then all the students
say “diving” continueously. If I say “turn”, they can turn left or
turn right. If their direction is the same as my direction, they will be
weeded out. Boys and girls, are you clear Are you ready OK. Now ,let’s
begin.
(T: OK. The girl or boy is the winner. Let’s praise her or him. Good
good, very very good.)
(3).She likes diving. So she can join the sports club.
5.playing the violin
(1). (Show the picture on the screen.) T: Look at this picture. What is
he doing If you can’t say it in English, you can say it in Chinese.

1.Let Ss listen to the tape and then ask and answer
(1). T: Well, what’s your hobby Now let’s listen to the dialogue between Zhang Peng and Chen Jie carefully and then tell me what’s Chen Jie’s hobby. Now let’s listen.
(2). T: OK. Now who can tell me what is Chen Jie’s hobby She likes what Who knows Hands up.
(3). T: Yes ,wonderful! She likes collecting stamps.
