(1)return意为“归还“,及物动词,相当于give back.
如:I have to return/give back some books to the library.
(2)on time 意为“按时,准时”。常至火车·飞机等准点到达,强调不早不晚。
3.What’s in it (你的钱包)里有什么? 句型“What’s +介词短语?”常用来寻问某处有什么。其答语常用there be 句型。如:What’s in the box ?---- There are some books in it .
