Language points:
1). Have you got a small family or big family
这是一个选择疑问句，提问者提出两种或两种以上的情况，并列部分用or连接。回答时不用yes或no, 而是选择其中一方作为回答
例如：——Are you from Beijing or Shanghai 你来自北京还是上海？——I’m from Shanghai. 我来自上海。
