【单元教材分析】
本单元的教学内容是使学生掌握一些职业的英语表达并就此展开相关讨论,能够简单介绍人物职业,会询问他人的工作情况并给出相应的回答。了解英语中职业名称对于不同性别的差异。运用到得重点句型有:What does your mother/father do Where does she/he work How does she/he go to work 在教学中结合学生实际情况,运用学生已学本册教材一单元内容,以“How does he go to work ”等相关知识点为“How does she/he go to work ”的教学做铺垫。还可以适当的进行拓展延伸。
本单元的重点是使学生掌握一些职业的英语表达如:What does your mother do Where does she work How does she go to work 本单元的难点是让学生在任务活动中熟练运用不同句型进行交流。
【单元教学目标】
1.能力目标
(1)能够简单介绍人物职业,如:She’s a teacher.
(2)能够运用句型“What does your mother do Where does she work How does she go to work ”等询问他人工作情况,并给出相应回答。
(3)能够按要求较好完成Group work等活动。
(4)能够听懂、会唱歌曲“My family”。
2.知识目标
(1)能够掌握A. B部分Let’s learn, Let’s talk中的四会单词和句子。
(2)能够听、说、认读A B部分Let’s talk, Let’s read中的白体句子。
(3)了解元音和辅音的发音并读出例词。
(4)了解Story time, Good to know等部分的内容。

What are you going to be 学生可以自由进行回答练习。让学生依次戴上Amy, Chen Jie等人物的头饰,并介绍说:“I am Amy .I am going to be an artist . I am John. I am going to be a /an…”然后引导学生回答:“Amy is going to be a/an …”让学生了解人称代词的变化。

What about them Let’s listen and circle.为学生播放课本 “Let’s try”部分的教学内容。让学生通过看图,听音进行选择。根据录音内容进核对答案。2.(学生已经会说What does your father/mother do 因此运用表格直接练习)T:出示表格示范让学生把表格补充完整。(填写自己的和同桌的,利用句型进行问答)What does your father/mother do S:通过两人合作完成。T:引导学生一问一答进行练习,在问答中及时板书四会句子与白体句子。(在这个过程中教师要结合板书给学生讲解动词的变化形式:一般现在时第三人称单数动词后面加s 或者es,在疑问句或者否定句中,前面有了助动词does,后面的动词要变成原形)(机械操练)引导学生巩固认读,集体读、分组读、分角色读、自由朗读。及时检查学生认读情况。(意义操练)1.出示Ghen Jie, John的头饰让学生分角色表演对话。2.小小侦查员教师示范运用句型What does your father/mother do 进行调查询问,然后进行汇报。学生明确以后进行分组练习。Step 3: Practice1.听音跟读播放录音学生进行跟读练习。 2.教师和学生一起进行“背靠背”活动学生两个人一组背靠背坐好,每人使用一套职业卡片和家庭成员卡片。左边的同学先把家庭成员和职业卡片一一对应排列好,右边的同学向同伴提问,如: What does your mother do 左边同学根据自己卡片的摆放位置作答,右边同学根据对方的回答排列自己的卡片。问答结束,两个人的卡片位置应该相同。每组小组长来做裁判,看看哪个小组的同学表现得最棒,并及时进行鼓励。3. C Pronunciation(1)教师把Pronunciation 的单词书写在黑板上呈现给学生,学生跟读。及时进行发音引导并通过拼读音标尝试着读出表格中的例词。教师引导学生拼读例词,然后教师写出音标并尝试用音标注音。如果学生有困难,,让学生注音,为以后进一步学习音标打好基础。(2)Read and match教师引导学生看课本音标图片,对以前学过的音标加以复习,归类,使学生对音标有一个比较系统的认识。Step 4. ExtensionP64 Task time利用此部分内容完成调查练习。教师先进行讲解示范,引导学生运用本课所学句子,采取讨论与调查相结合的方式完成此项任务。

Step 1: Warm-up/Revision1.Sing a song《My family》教师和学生一起拍手说唱上个课时所学的英语童谣《My Family》.2.Ask and answer(代替Free talk)将全班学生分成两大组。教师从准备的单词卡中任意抽取一张举起来,两大组根据卡片内容做问答练习:What does he/she do She’s a…Step2: Pre-reading:1.处理难点:How exciting!教师发给每个学生一张纸条,让学生在纸条上写下自己的名字,外貌特征和将来想从事的职业。然后四名学生一组进行投掷比赛,如果谁能把纸团扔进前面的大盒子里,就可以大声说:“I am going to be a /an …”如果纸团没有扔进盒子里面,就没有机会大声说出自己未来想从事的职业。学生进行地很热烈的时候,教师大声说:“How exciting !”然后在黑板上板书,教师适时说几次,然后带读“How exciting !”2.(Task time)教师请学生到台前来交流Task Time 的资料,教师问学生:“What does ××’s mother do How does ××’s mother go to work Where does ××’s mother work ”,让学生回答,这样既培养了学生的听说能力,同时也为“Let’s read”部分的学习做了很好的铺垫。Step 3: In- readingT: Wu Yifan has an aunt and an uncle. My father is a teacher too. My mother is a nurse. What does your father do (板书)引导学生说出所学的职业单词。然后把father改写成 mother,引出 She is an accountant. (2) I work in a school. Where does your mother(she) work (板书)启发学生说出所学的地点单词,同时会用第三人称进行转述。教师及时板书:She works in … (3) I go to work on foot.然后启发学生说出其他交通方式。同时引出问句:How does your mother(she) go to work 启发学生说出其他的交通方式,并会用句子 She goes to work by..(二)领读黑板上面板书的句子,学生跟读。在学生能基本掌握新句型以后自由朗读,达到消化吸收的效果。(三)教师提供职业卡片(如: artist, engineer…) 和交通方式图片(如: by bus, by bike…)引导学生根据卡片运用新学到的句型进行交际。Step 3: Practice1. 教师和学生来做“看卡片,说句子”活动。教师面前放一摞单词卡片,依次为:职业名称、工作地点和交通方式.活动开始,教师随意从第一摞卡片中抽取一张职业卡片,如:engineer,举起来问:“What does your father do ”学生回答:“He is a engineer.”教师继续抽取一张工作地点卡片,举起来,和学生进行问答练习,再抽取一张交通方式卡片和学生做问答练习。游戏进行几轮之后,可以请学生轮流代替教师抽卡片,提问题。2.教师播放Let’s try 部分的学习内容,让学生根据听到的,看到的圈出正确的选项。Step 4:Extension1.教师把Group work的教学挂图呈现给学生,让学生认真看图,了解活动大意,让学生利用刚学过的句型完成这些活动。学生在教室里走动并采访几名学生,如:Where does your father work How does he go to work 并记录在自制的表格内。调查结束后,请几名学生汇报调查结果。如:xxx’s father works in a car company. He goes to work by bike.2.利用手中的表格,运用所学的句型进行对话练习。教师先示范让学生明确如何操作然后进行练习。
